Not really, I ended up seeing it as kind of a symbol of us as staff, not a mini-me, so to speak.
When things aren't really heavy in petition, it's all up to the individual to see if they like a suggestion. It's not scientific at all, I would say it's more luck.

Hi Lanzer, is it odd having an item based on you?
I have a few question...
When it comes to a petition, what is the minimum amount of interest you look at when deciding to adopt a petitioned item or feature? if a bad petition has 10,000 signatures, but a good idea has only 300, what weighs in most?
Is the Easter event in planning? after the fiasco of "3 chickie" and "exploding egg" many people are wanting a return to the grand Easters of the past, where it was more of a production, with updates to the manga and all.
