i prefer slender bodies than big muscles. having muscles is good, but no like body builder type.

If you gonna put in muscle just a lil bit make it look like the person might go lift weights here and there just to improve his own strength and stamina but not imrpove the size of his muscles,

I'll take both. Remember, American comics used to have some slender muscular people. Clark Kent used to be able to pass as a reporter, rather than a huge guy wearing a suit and glasses. Batman didn't jut out so much, and it was that way for a lot of those heros.
