Jack Nicholson drives a huge RV to Denver to meet his daughter's in-laws. But he finds, he disapproves of them and how they live. It's awkward, sad, but also very funny. I did like it.

yeah. I'm not much a movie buff. However, I like character studies, & this one was that type.
I went to the library and got the book. It was nothing at all like the movie.

Boring on Gaia today?

I've not found that to be true with most of the movies I've seen based on books I've read. But, it can be true.

why'd you do that, Scrappy? blaugh
(there's a tiffle brewing in HACT, also, but I'm staying out...for now.)

omgosh, I can't even...i read 17 chapters before my eyes glazed over. i was trying to finish so i wouldn't have to actually carry it home, it weighed about 25 pounds.

Well, if that is true, then things should improve A LOT. i hope...
It is, and you gotta remember, these folks live breathe and die by their fishtanks. They set their alarm clocks to go off in the middle of the night so they can wake up and bump their glows. blaugh jk

I know your point in that, but there's a difference. I don't mean the items, I mean the Herculean amount of effort over the acquisition of gold for a site.
