Personality: Sophie is very timid and shy when you first met her. However, Sophie can be very clever. When being approached she will try her best to move away from the situation. Sophie is a bit of a loner, and does try and not to gain friendship - if so not very often. She can become quiet clingy when she has befriended you. She likes to learn new skills, and follow in ones footsteps. Sophie does not remember her family, and wishes to keep it that way. Sophie also dislikes talking, she feels very hesitant to speak in crowds. She can come off cold depending on what the other might say to her. However, a lack of speaking has caused that. Later as she becomes more mature, her outfit changes completely.
Likes: Going for walks to find things, collecting information of sorts, has a way with pretty collective rocks and stones. Also secretly likes cute toys.
Sophie is artistic, and likes to spend her time drawing.
Dislikes: Light, the colour red, being put in difficult situations, the feeling of being scared, physical contact from others, speaking in large crowds.

Abilities: Nocturnal Stealth (Uses the advantage of night to be unseen, in addition to natural cloaking power.)
Techniques: Lower body strength in the legs for kicking, sending any creature into a far distance. However, she can only do this a few times due to the force putting much stress on her body. Sophie is capable of using Chaos Control, but only when she has a Chaos Emerald. Although Sophie is capable of harnessing such power, even the use of a Chaos Emerald could cause a bad reaction later on, being potentially fatal.
Biography: Sophie was created by the shady remnants of G.U.N. leftover from the days of post-Project Shadow, and incarnated. Her previous life was that of a human female who then committed suicide in her later teenage years because of something she had wrong with her, and her inattentive father. Sophie’s father worked in a lab and took the stem cells and DNA from his deceased daughter to bring her back to life. However, he did not intend on the cellular structure mixing with the species of a hedgehog. Later, the scientists and the father found out that Sophie had not grown a heart and did not develop as planned. The father then gave up hope, wrote a note for Sophie, which was left in the database and committing suicide afterwards. G.U.N. then put in a special emerald in place of Sophie’s heart which kept her alive, but in order for that to work they needed something to stabilize the 'heart'. Sophie's necklace acts like the 'blood' for the emerald inside her.
Sophie has done a bit of traveling in cities. Sophie can't read, and was created at G.U.N.
Having a few evident hobbies, she is very good at problem solving and enjoys looking for clues and hunting for random bits of information. Sophie is often alone and is always trying to find out more about herself.
Sophie has gotten along with Knuckles the most, as him and Sophie guard similar things. Sonic is also a good friend to Sophie along with Tails, Amy, Cream, and Cream’s pet Chao - Cheese.
Sophie has a lot of good qualities however she has just as many flaws too.
When Sophie was born from her test tube, she was born with a special emerald that is somehow linked to the one she wears around her neck. Both are connected by some unknown means and are able to ‘communicate’ to one another.
The standing belief is if something happens to one or the other, something bad could happen to Sophie.
Sophie is able to harness energy from the Chaos Emeralds; however, too much power can result with bad aftereffects.
Sophie’s heart is the emerald inside her, and the one around her neck is like regulating force for the one inside her, maintaining the ‘blood flow’ and keeping her alive. Sophie was created this way by accident at first, but this aspect has been kept. Initially, Sophie was going to be used as a weapon; a living weapon.
Even though she seems very negative, she has two sides, just one of them is much harder to gain than the other.
Once you have given Sophie reason to trust you, she will share more secrets.
Sophie has a hard time trusting others in fear they will take that away from her, and it is the only thing she has left to keep herself together. And thus, her secret of what her emeralds do cannot be spoken about either.
It is also known that Sophie is curious of the Chaos Emeralds, as finding all of them might cure her 'condition'. Her mission is to find all of them. However, she knows she isn't the only one looking.

Trivia!Sophie also has good hearing, however she cannot be in high places as it makes her feel ill and dizzy.Sophie can get easily flustered, and when this happens she gets a bit annoyed at herself, as it seems to happen at the most terrible timing.
