I don’t know too much about what I should do to make sure it holds a charge. With your help and Nid’s help, I’ve done all I know. I’m wondering if I should try another cable. Nid told me to try a power cycle method by holding the volume decrease and power button for 5-10 seconds. It seemed to work last night. My phone had a full charge this morning. I have a charge of 37% after 2-1/2 hours charging from 15% earlier. It’s not much but, more than I was getting. Nid suggested too, asking apple for help. He told me he’s heard they will help with phones that are outdated. I’m switching outlets and blowing the connections to remove any lint/dust. Can you think of anything I’ve missed? 🤫
