Haha, okay just making sure! Aha, I knew Persona was familiar. For some reason I didn't make the connection lol But that's also a good example of how you can take something but put your own twist to it so it stands as it's own unique thing. ^^

Oh wow those both sound really cool! I'm always down for a good suspenseful Sci-Fi adventure. Halo is a good example, imo ^^
I haven't actually played Shin Megami Tensei (assuming that's what you meant by SMT xD). Though, I know a bit more about Persona, which is supposed to be a spinoff of that series, right?
I'm sure you'll figure it out! Since they're inspired by other series, if you want, try staying true to the formula that made those series so good, but then put your own twist to it that changes how the fundamentals work.
For example, if you've ever played Resident Evil and Dead Space; Dead Space is basically Resident Evil in Space. Dead Space has this mechanic where in order to defeat the enemies, it's not about headshots or shots to the body, but to defeat them, you gotta shoot/cut off the enemies limbs, which completely revitalized how we, as gamers, normally kill our enemies with guns (though, in the case of Dead Space, most of the "weapons" were actually plasma cutter type tools). That's just an example though.

I've been pretty good, actually! I enlisted in the Military back in January so I've been really busy with that and adjusting to the lifestyle, and I'm about to be a father soon!😁
