How's the P90X going? A friend introduced me to Beachbody stuff and I'm currently on week two of the Slim in 6 and still struggling but hoping something good will happen. It's nice to see someone else working out as much, if not harder lol!

I own a mountain bike but that's mostly because one of the trails around where I live is a gravel trail along the old Illinois & Michigan Canal. So it's biking in the recreational fashion through forest preserve prairie and wetland trails and the occasional river trail and rural road routes.

If you notice on the calander it shows how many different sessions you can do. Its to keep you active after the first 13 weeks. So just keep at it. My fiance loves doing the Yoga with me! blaugh And Kenpo is easy and fun for me, then again i do MMA anyways. All the jumping hurts my legs after 30 minutes. sweatdrop But ive gotten used to it.

Hehe, its nice isnt it? blaugh And yes ive done it. Im on my fourth round on the calander. Im doing two Disks aday. Its so nice but its tiring. It Cardio in the Morning, then another at night. I hate Plyo though. I still find that as the hardest one. ><
