A woman was watching TV in her room when she noticed a stranger standing in her doorway. The woman was frightened but did not speak or call the police. She knew that her visitor was hungry, so she put down some food for him. As he reached for the food, he realized he couldn't reach it because an iron bar was pinning his back. He died, and the woman was pleased. Can you explain this scenario?
