⑨⑨⑨⑨⑨⑨⑨⑨⑨⑨⑨⑨⑨⑨⑨⑨⑨⑨⑨⑨⑨⑨⑨This is a cosplay of Cirno from the Touhou shoot-em-up series of games.
She is a mischievous fairy living near a lake and has the ability to manipulate the cold. Being childish and immature, she is infamously known as an idiot.
Due to her stupidity, if one is attacked by Cirno; all one has to do is talk to her calmly and ask her a riddle. Even if it is a very simple riddle, Cirno will take all her time thinking of a solution, allowing enough time to escape.
Cirno is fond of playing pranks on humans and fairies alike, that each time ends in failure and ends up being a painful experience for her. But she knows nothing of learning from past experiences, setting up pranks every time and earning the scorn of her fellow fairies. In addition, Cirno has a strange hobby of freezing amphibians; namely frogs. She claims this is for "ice training".
