I don't cater, I am just fat and love food so much!! Haha.
I am not a cheese girly but I really enjoy brie. My mom saved up for almost two years so that when I graduated high school, she was able to pay for a two week vacation in Europe. She and I stopped by a local grocery store in Paris and bought some bread and cheese. It was our first time ever having brie and it was delicious. We were sitting down on the grass, by the water that oversees the Eiffel tower. The weather was beautiful. It's a core memory of my mother and I since it was one of the few times she and I got to vacation together. heart

I'm a student and I work as an administer at my state university. I really like it. We get to work remote 2 days a week and the health insurance is wonderful. I have a few health problems and I don't pay too much out of pocket. I am working on a second masters in social work and then hopefully starting a doctorate in the Spring!

Hahaha, making usernames are hard!
And I wanted something somewhat unique lol.

Yes, brie is usually on charcuterie boards. It's so delicious. It's very mild in flavor but super creamy.
People usually pair them with salt & olive oil crackers. The rind (depending on how old it is) can be very salty, so I always recommend buying younger aged brie, unless you enjoy the saltiness.
People also like to pair them with fruit like pears. I personally enjoy pairing them with the crackers with a side of apples, grapes and oranges. Costco and some grocery stores sell black truffle brie and that's super delicious melted over bread. If there's a Starbucks near you, I would recommend buying their cheese protein box to try it out. I prefer the one that comes in the little "ile de France" package but the slice is good too.

Def check out Stardew if you're interested. It's a great game and is addictive.
Tysm! As for arena entries, I rarely do them unless I feel up to bringing back some
of my old cosplays which is why some of my entries don't even have arm/leg mods.
Perhaps some day I will do more. It's sadly not as much of a challenge in there anymore
tho since pretty much every entry wins something since there's not many participating.
