About
Hey! I’m Pax, a self-taught tech guy who’s been building and customizing PCs since 2015. No certifications, no degree, just years of hands-on work, trial and error, and figuring things out myself over time. I dropped out of college in 2017, it wasn't really for me, and eight years later I turned my skills into a mobile tech repair business. It’s small since it was just formed this year, but that makes it easier to run on my own for some extra dough without it taking over my life.I handle things like securing systems, optimizing networks, recovering data, and stripping out bloat so everything runs clean and fast. If a machine is slow, glitchy, or bogged down with useless junk, I enjoy digging in and getting it back to top speed. I also design custom UIs and CSS layouts. I’m not a coder, I’m more of a hardware guy at heart, but that doesn’t mean I’m limited to hardware. I couldn’t write you a calculator app from scratch, but I can troubleshoot, tweak, and optimize software until it behaves the way it should.
I quit marijuana after using it regularly for nearly a decade and I stay completely unmedicated. Making that choice pushed me to rebuild my routines from the ground up: rest, nutrition, and disciplined work. The first stretch was rough, but the payoff has been a clearer head, steadier focus, and more time for projects. I treat it like tuning the system I call Pax: small steps, honest notes, keep what helps, drop what doesn’t, keep going.
Outside of work, I’m a night owl into MMOs, simulators, retro games, and precision shooters. I work best late at night with music playing, usually some mix of techno, ambient, vaporwave, or heavy bass tracks.
