I would like the word "racist" to not even be a word anymore. It implies an insult to a race, however, we are all one race, the human race. Sure we have different ethnic backgrounds, but isn't that part of each ethnic person's charm? There are so many cultures out there, and while yes there are bad parts to each different culture, it is up to each culture to learn and grow from past experiences.

I would like to see unity, and mutual respect for all cultures. To be free to experience whatever culture you wish to experience without scrutiny or disdain. I would like to see the freedom of diversity, so long as peace is observed. It saddens me to see all the violence in the country today, and I hope peace will persevere.

I'm not sure the term, for his chronic spinal pain. It gave him coping strategies, other suggestions etc that I'm wondering if you can access. I guess to sum up, I'm wondering if your doctors office can connect you to whatever helps might be on offer for suffers of chronic pain. (In addition to meds). Like, weed license, (theres sorts these days that don't get you high). Anything else that may help your quality of life.

Any (useful) physiotherapy? I am so sorry to hear things have gotten so bad. I bet alot of people say "at least its your left hand" but I do know better. It was my left wrist I broke in 3 places. You use both hands for a shocking amount of daily things. Just having the thumb is a blow. I'm glad you have that nurse coming in. I had Noreen, saint of a woman. I do truly wish there was some way to help =/
Ailinor Report | 05/28/2025 5:15 am: Is that what the doctors say? I mean, I do understand where after so many surgeries, with limited results, I'd be ready to hand in the towel too probably. I guess I'd try to get a straight answer as to what would give you best quality of life, what to leave alone as a lost cause, and what they can actually affect positively.
