Scream For me - As a foal, Emille did not speak, partially due to her shy nature and the other feeling as though words were not neccessary. Through an encounter with a skinwalker, however, Emille realized that she couldn't stay silent, that there were some that would take advantage of it. This also sparks her first desires to find a way to protect herself from ever being in a situation like this again.
2. [Learning to heal] - Although the skinwalker meeting caused her to finally speak out, Emille's speak was mostly stuttered and sometimes inaudible. Someone needed to come in and teach her that although she was attacked once, Emille can learn and grow from it.
3. [From 'stick' to 'spear'] - Emille was given a spear by her father once she reached her young adult stage, but never really thought of it much. She knew it was given to her for protection, but for the longest time, she just thought of it as a 'stick' and not a weapon. With some training, Emille broadens her scope and is slowly embracing her weapon, but with some doubt of if she could ever succeed.

Encouragement from the Unexpected - After Emille's unplanned pregnancy, the young mare wanted to leave her baskets behind. However, her owl familiar Prince, watched them and alerted her when something seemed astray. Emille learned her lesson that day from a young colt.
5. [Others like me] - Young and in love, Emille bore children to a stallion that did not want the same from her. It made her feel unloved and unwanted. It caused her to fear that she would not be able to love her children like she should.

[Emille and Louvia get attacked by skinwalker] - Emille's encounter with a skinwalker as foal made her realize that she needed some strength to protect herself, but when she and her daughter, Louvia, get attacked by another skinwalker, Emille realizes that it wasn't enough. Louvia was of her own flesh and blood that needed protection. Even if protection was all the love she could give, Emille's determination sparked her drive for strength.
7. [Mentee to Mentor] - After the attack, Emille decides to give her daughter Louvia the strength that her father gave her: a spear. She was not the largest nor strongest of mares, but the mother daughter team would train together and get stronger together, making them a worthy opponent for any shape or size.
8. [Helping without Knowing] - After the Skinwalker attack, one major change that can be seen with Emille that she's losing her stuttering. Emille is gaining more confidence in speaking to others and being more open. Here, she finds herself happy and stronger, not noticing that the strength she's obtained for herself is starting to spread for others.
9. [Redemption w/skinwalker] The skinwalker that Emille and Louvia have come back into the picture. Although it was a hard battle, Emille ended up having the advantage with her small size and quickness. She managed to pin the skinwalker down, and almost kill them, but decided that a path of more violence wasn't where she wanted to go.
10. [I was like that too!] - Emille stumbles upon someone that has similarities to her past and tries her best to encourage them. She tries to make them see that there are people always willing to help, and if they can't find someone, Emille would always be there for them.
11. [Teaching others] - As a trained warrior now, Emille keeps on travelling and meets people on the way that she can help. She has no desire to settle down and form a herd of any type; she would rather have people roam and learn from a lot of people than just one small group.
12. [Finding others in different areas - group forming] - After Emille realizes that there are aspects in a Soquili's confidence she could help people in, there are also a lot where she couldn't. She started on a journey to find others that felt like they could guide others. With this, forming a network of Soquili that could help guide without needing a herd.

16. [Repaying a teacher] - Her mentor that first taught her to believe in herself is now back in the picture, being attacked. Emille hadn't planned on having to save her mentor, but is proud to show them the mare she has become.
Why would your Soquili (IC) choose the Elder path? Emille smiled just a little bit. It had been a question she asked herself too. For the most part, she was happy with whom she was, but it didn't seem like others respected her for her accomplishments in life. Others made her earn their respect because she was a mare and a small one at that. "I feel like... The path of being an elder would show others that I have developed myself enough mentally and physically to be respected." She laughed just slightly. "I know I'm tiny, but I can do a lot more than most!"
Why have you chosen the Elder path for your Soquili OOC? Emille is my first growing Soquili as well as the first one that was gifted to me (she started off as a co-own, but Ivory gifted me her fully a while ago). Although to some it might seem like something minor, I wanted to give Emille a good home and a well developed character. In a sense, I wanted to make Ivory proud for entrusting Emille with me.
Of course, Ivory never said I needed to or anything, but I hold Emille very close to my heart as well as Emille's family!
