so, I got a phone call yesterday from the Regional Health District. Interview Monday at 8:30a. And she said "Good, lets do it early so we can get the payroll in." So, I am figuring I pretty much HAVE the job, it's just paperwork and figuring out scheduling that is an issue.

Already had two discussions w/ my current bosses (yeah, it's kinda like Office Space, but I only have 3 bosses in a place that employs maybe 12 people) about scheduling, and they are willing to deal, as long as I give them the next two weeks guaranteed 10a-6:30p shifts.
So, soon I will be having enough money to actually PAY MY BILLS without using my overdraft. And I can afford to fix my car and buy winter tires (yeah, it's summer now, I know). Lack of days off, but hey, I've worked up to 3 jobs at once, so this can't be too bad, right?
