Interesting, but not enough to keep me "there" if you know what I mean?

On a remote Scottish island, music has been
banned for a hundred years. Now Angus has
promised a mysterious fiddle player to bring
the music back to the people. But it's going
to take all his courage.

Not only does Angus have to fight against
fear, but he also has to face the consequences
if he defies the elders who control the island.

Not until it's too late does Angus realise he is
caught up in a mystery that goes back to a
troubled past.

I thought this one would be interesting.
That's all.
Then I watched it.
It's brilliant.
Jang Dong-Gun and Nakamura Toru were excellent.
The plot was great as well.
Even if time travel plays a small part.
See it if you can get a copy.

I was really looking forward to watching this one.
I... liked it... sort of.
But not as much as I thought I would have thought.
Plot was pretty stupid, some of the acting was dumb, and some of the actors were just plain wrong for the roles.
There were some great comedy parts with a couple of the bad guys.
It's slightly rude.

Funny, but in some ways appalling.
Uhm, there were some things in this movie that just didn't make sense, but it's worth watching.
