What I liked About The Anabolic Cooking
I have owned this cookbook for a awhile now and made many of the recipes and I really like the fact that almost all of the food I made tasted great! My favorites include the Mexican beef and potato casserole and the honey basil glazed chicken.

The recipe's were very easy to prepare and tasted great. Most of them can be prepared for cooking in under 15 minutes which is nice for people with tight schedules. I also really liked the fact that each recipe told you how many calories each serving has along with fat, protein and carbohydrates.

The breakdown of the book is nice to, it is separated into the following categories making finding the right recipe very easy.

Breakfast
Chicken and Poultry
Chicken Marinades
Red Meat and Pork
Fish and Seafood
Salads Soups and Sides
Snacks and Power Bars
Deserts

What I Did Not Like About The Anabolic Cooking
There were a few things i did not like about the book and I think they could be improved upon in the future. First they never really tell you how much a serving is so you kind of have to estimate. Not a major issue but none the less it is something that should have been included.

Additionally there are no pictures of the food that you are making, this is a small detail but i myself like to see the finished product in a picture. It does not take away from the effectiveness of the foods in this book but having photos of the food would add a nice touch!
