I sit happily knowing
People idly walk by
I wonder quietly
About my life

I couldn't ask for anything more
I couldn't wish for anything greater
My life was made out to be this way
Whether I tear or prosper

Others wouldn't believe me
No one ever will
When I say the things I do
The words give them chills

For the one who would sit there
That actually understood
Will never be mine
I have to say I'm blessed

For the way my life turned out
Was exactly as I planned
No time for games
No time for regrets

So with my last dying breath
I will finally get to have...
