so today is friday already. What happened to this entire week?

*sigh*

four weeks and a day home. Going to finish getting my stuff in order upstairs, do a remote job (shouldn't take more than 15 minutes), then idk. I'd like to go to town to get a bike and go to the gym, as I did neither yesterday.

Was waaaaaay too tired yesterday for some reason. Got home after a long morning in town after deciding both tasks were too taxing in my current state, and slept for 3 and a half hours.

got my coins counted at the bank. When I was cleaning my room I found my old piggy bank, so I brought that in along with a bottle of coins I was using during senior year of high school. Got $125.01, and two rupees from India and about 50 cents of canadian coins.

Pretty sure if I went to canada, I'd have two dollars in their money already.

Anywho, I decided I wanted to buy a nice new bike with that money. Going to a legit bike shop was a bad idea, because I was falling hard and fast for one of the bikes in there...... that was $400. gonk

So I shall figure out how to purchase one from Walmart. This should be interesting. If it's anything like trying to get a fish, I'm going to be there a few hours.....

*random thought* as long as I have a person helping me, they can help me get a fish, too! biggrin the goldfish that mom had kept alive all school year when I was gone DIED when I came home for the summer. -.-;;.........


anywho, yeah, that's been the major bothersome point the last 24 hours. To spend money I don't have, or not... Obviously, I'm kind of forced to go with a cheaper brand that isn't as good because money is an issue. Besides, this summer is probably gonna be its most strenuous time (going for miles on end on gravel roads), then it'll live outside a dorm (hoping it doesn't end up a tree someplace as is common with campus bikes) and be used for pleasure riding and getting from point A to point B, usually across campus.

but I dunno. If I can come up with an additional $400 from someplace, I will most certainly get a decent bike.
