Blood Red Wine
A wine goblet sits so purely on the table, Yet behind its crystal, You possessed it with darker purposes.
From across the room, I see your black eyes; full of thirst, And I watch your tongue Slowly slide across the bottom Of your whispering lips, calling my name. I’m left trapped, with no escape.
Yet I still run, from the fear You planted within my bleeding heart. My wrist; caught by your hand, Pulling my into your cruel embrace To claim that in which is mine.
With quivering lips, you beg for your glass And with uncontrollable hunger The prey I’ve become, you have taken And I feel your teeth break past skin Cutting deep into my life source Letting it flow free.
Under your breath I hear you moan With a dark pleasure From my silent but helpless screaming In pain and darkness in which You tainted me.
In weakness I watch My blood pour into your glass A crimson liquid Mixed with tears and pain, Sweet with innocents, and burning with fiery passion. Perfectly aged for your critical taste, Become your next glass of a Fine rare wine. That suddenly becomes so priceless. It became my only sacrifice. But one glass isn’t enough For you left me with one last living drop, Blessed with a life not yet taken. In weakness, I must continue to carry on. Under your watchful eye Ready to quench you lustful blood thirst With a second glass, Stronger than your last.
How could I ever thank you, For being so great full for leaving One last drop. In which with time, will multiply And you will take it all over again. Your fight for me to become your forever wine. Keeping me alive , from your kiss of death.
Without hesitation you are willing To almost take a life Using your past’s pain as your Sadden story to get away with, And replace your thirst from bloodshed.
But no longer can you Use your words to seduce me, Nor can your strength hold me back. No longer will you cut open the scars left by your hand. For more of my regaining blood.
I will not be the one to provide e You with another few glasses of Blood Red Wine.
