It really has been a while since I've posted. Ah well, doesn't really matter. It's not like anyone is actually reading this.

Not much has really been happening, other than our school's music department's winter concert. It really sucked. I really liked the music we were playing, but I really sucked at playing it, as I had little time or inspiration to practice, which was entirely my own fault, but oh well. I shall not repent. Anyways, the choir performed this really awesome song with drums and everything. And I, spacing out as I usually do, did not realize that the drums would be playing, and successfully flinched every time that this particular song was performed. Which would be twice at the dress rehersal and once at the each of the two actual concerts we performed. The first instance of flinching went largely unnoticed by the other people in the band. For the second, I only heard laughter throughout the back row. The third, I was warned by the guy next to me ("Get ready!" wink and still flinched. The fourth, I was warned by the two people next to me ("Wait for it... Wait for it..." and "It's coming!" wink and still flinched. They both laughed at me. Again. I now officially feel pathetic.

In other news, my mother has decided that I am a samurai wookie. Don't ask, just smile, nod, and accept her insanity. If you must know, my ancestors on Mom's side of the family were samurai, therefore I am a samurai. It is a joke in my family that my father is a wookie, therefore I am also part wookie. So, I am a samurai wookie.
