~Learning to Breathe

Jiro sat and watched with Kasey as Tsyumni stalked silently towards his prey, an unfortchunate bystander. He slid through the darkness silently towards the unsaspecting victim. Jiro watched calmly as Tsyumni embraced the other man, glinting fangs puncturing a pressure point in his neck and he went limp.
Tsyumni came walking up the hillside, the shorter man slung limply over his shoulder, "There, easy as pie, though, I've never eaten pie before so how do I know if it's easy or not?" Tsyumni mused making Kasey laugh. "My mother used to use that expression all the time." Kasey said jokingly, "She said pie was to sweet to be eaten easily." He laughed more at some past memories. Jiro stared at him, taking in all of his features, his peach colored skin was almost mezmerizing, Jiro wondered why it was like that, why Kasey's looked... mortal when his was a creamy white? Tsyumni, laughed breaking Jiro's train of thought, and setting the man on his shoulders down. "Kasey, have your parents taught you to hunt yet?" He asked slowly. Kasey nodded virgerously, "Yes, they did last spring." he replied. "Huh." Tsyumni mused again, "Well..." Kasey was on his feet before Tsyumni could say more. He began down the hill slowly then progressing into a silent run. His intent was a young girl heading towards town. Then Kasey sprang, catching the girl with outstreched hands and knocking them both into the bushes. A minute passed and Kasey popped his out of the undergrowth, blood staining cherry lips. "Well done, different, but well done." Tsyumni praised, flailing to see the anger in Jiro's onyx eyes. "I could hunt too." Jiro said standing up as Kasey came back up the hill, "No, Jiro your too young." Tsyumni said glancing back at Jiro. He gasped at the color of his eyes, Jiro's anger had made them bleed over into a premature blood red amber. "Jiro-" "I could." He insested, glaring at Tsyumni and then turning his gaze to lock with Kaseys. Kasey gasped, his chocalate brown eyes widening. He's not normal, I can hunt better then him. Jiro thought, his eyes flickering between Kasey and his prey, His nose began to sting again, that werid way Kasey smelt making his vision blur. Suddenly his cheeks were warm, no hot, on fire. Jiro blinked and was staring into those chocalate brown eyes he thought were so unusual, He felt Kasey's hands against his cheeks and his vision began to fade once again as he slipped into unconiousness.

(if anyone wants to know, Kasey's half vampire and half werewolf, and Jiro passed out becauce Kasey's skin was so warm, you know, he got really tired.)
