These large grounds have been secured with the latest hight-tech technology. Upon attack, the entire grounds will sink into the ground, covered by an inpenetrable force field. Secret passages, also covered by force fields will open up, leading to a safe escape.

The grounds are disguised as a group normal buildings. Upon typing the entrance code, a door will open, leading to a corridor. Following it, you will eventually end up in a courtyard. A great field of grass, surrounded by buildings. The area is big enough to easily fit over three hundred people. In the middle is a small pond with clear water, surrounded by benches. A large double in the back of the wall leads to a kitchen with latest technology. Just by pressing a few butons, the replicator can create any kind of food. The doors are flanked by several large trees, providing shade on hot days.

In the left and right side of the courtyard walls, there are corridors leading to different courtyards. The left corridor leads to an extensive playground while the right leads to smaller courtyard which has access to a library and different research means. In the courtyard itself, small scale power practise can be held.

In the corridors leading to the different courtyards, there are secret doors, leading to a system of underground passages. These doors are usually hidden but may be discovered by curious children. They are never locked.

The underground passage network is rather big and one could get easily lost in there. Upon activation of the alarm, arrows will light the way to the exit. Whenever the last person has passed these arrows, they will be turned off to prevent others enemies from following. Traps will then be activated.

Contents of this RP

Please note this is all OOC! Charles will inform the guardians IC. Everything is in white text, so if you don't want to be spoiled, just highlight it.

The main point of this first group RP is to let the children interact, make friends with each other and try to bond a bit.

After the first few hours IC, all children will be divided into pairs, with one group of three for a special training session with the Supers that are assembled here. The Supers will be posting randomly and reacting to all, while you guys will RP with the Area system, explained in the previous post. ((Oh yeah, this is the first time we're doing this, so if this system sucks, revision will follow. xD ))

The training sessions will take place, either all at once in the same room, but with the Supers being really fast and taking multiple actions, or something else. Heh.

Elvira and Rachel looked around, quite confused. "So that's teleporting, huh?" Elvira observed the room she was in and shrugged.

Rachel had already jumped off the platform and was peering through the open door. She looked up as Elvira came to stand besides her and pointed. "Look, it's a hallway! With a light on the end. Should we go?"

Elvira shrugged again. "Yeah, I guess. Come on." She moved forward, heels clicking on the tiles. She hummed some song she had heard somewhere while Rachel was skipping. She was going to meet other children! Yay!

They had finally reached the end of the hallway and entered the courtyard. "Wow! Look at all the flowers!!" Rachel had enthusiastically flung herself towards the nearest flower bed, not even paying attention to the persons standing in the center of the courtyard.

"Ummm....." Elvira smiled nervously at Charles, "Don't mind Rachel, she's just a bit... Ah- excited!" While she said it, she moved over to Rachel and had tugged her up by the scruff off her neck.

She dragged the child along to the persons standing besides Charles. "Hiya, I'm Elvira." She gave Rachel a slight push forwards, who immediatly proceeded to cast down her eyes and mutter a soft "hello..."

What the hell was this place? Akila though as she entered the cooridor that led to a long hallway. She unlike most guardians was acting like the excited child while Erol, walked behind her uninterested with hands in his pocket. He looked around trying to see past Akila but she was taking up his view, he grumbled. "You shouldn't act so childish its embarassing." He said wonder why when they got in public their roles seemed to change.

Akila turned around hands on hip, "Who's being a child?" She snorted, "Your acting childish by pretending you aren't excited. Don't you want to meet other kids like yourself?" She nudged him sliding behind him to usher the boy from the hall. He allowed himself to be pushed along still as uninterested as he pretend to be. Akila opened the door to find a beautiful garden, sun spilling in through the canopy of trees. "Oh wow this is gorgeous!" Akila exclaimed spinning around bedazzled.

Erol rolled his eyes in embarassment standing off to the side. He peered passed Akila, noting two children around his age and their caretakers. Why can't she act like them? He wondered and ventured from her side to walk near Charles one of the only familiar faces he'd seen all day. "Hi." Was all he could muster as he stole one last glance at his guardian dancing about the guardians excitedly. "Idiot." He muttered finally allowing his gaze to sweep the landscape.

Today had been quite the surprise for AriyaLauna. After Megan's reaction to the letter yesterday, she had half expected to tell the driver that there was no way they were going to be able to make it. Instead of tantrums and screamings though, what she found was a nearly lifeless Megan. AriyaLauna had had to pull her out of bed and practically dress the girl, she wouldn't eat breakfast, but she had come calmly to get in the vehicle with her guardian. Megan had hardly said a word all morning, but once they were in the car she began crying. The whole thing scared AriyaLauna more than anything else Megan had ever done, but no amount of comfort and coaxing would get much reaction out of the girl.

By the time they got to the safe grounds, Megan had tensed into a brittle battle-mode, and perhaps only the more observant of the adults would notice that she had been crying. The grounds that had pulled so much interest out of Megan before she now only looked at warily. Megan stopped near to where they had entered and simply refused to go any further, not saying anything to AriyaLauna, but shaking her head defiantly when AriyaLauna asked what was wrong. The young woman nodded, and put a hand on Megan shoulder, then brushed down some of Megan's hair with her hand.

"Ok, if you don't want to right now, we won't, but once they need our attention, we have to go," AriyaLauna instinctively whispered to Megan, then bent down and gave her a tight, long hug. Megan only shrugged in response.

AriyaLauna sat down beside where Megan stood. She curiously watched the others, as did Megan, but Megan did all she could to avoid their eyes.

Charles smiled as he watched the children and their guardians leak in. He gave a nod and smile at Rachel and had to surpress a chuckle when she saw the enthusiasm with which Malcolm greeted her.

He saw how Erol was scowling at his guardian and appearing to be uninterested yet stealing glances at everything and smiled when he heard his name called.

Glancing up he saw Ruriska and Raleigh approaching him and now smirked. "Not a chance, Ruriska. Nope. Stop trying." He was chuckling as he spoke to Ruriska, but when his eyes fell on the next pair that entered the courtyard, his gaze immediatly darkened.

Megan seemed to have suffered from some bad aftereffects. He watched how the child that was usually so outspoken now just stood there. He glanced over at Flashcharge who, he was surprised to see, looked as guilty as could be. Feeling Charles' glance, his gaze snapped away from Megan to lock with Charles as he shrugged and studied the other children.

And then finally, the last pair of those that had agreed to come entered. He smiled again as he watched Lorina and Airaka bicker with each other.

Seeing everyone gathered here, he decided this would probably be the most opportune time for him to address everyone.

He glanced over at Flascharge who promptly shot something blue up in the air that exploded with a soft bang. Not loud enough to startle anyone, but loud enough to get the attention. Silence reigned for a moment. And at that moment, Charles cleared his throat.

"Good afternoon everyone! I am pleased to see that all of you have made it. As all of you know, I am Charles. We have invited you here to get to know each other and several other of the Agency's personell. We are the persons you can encounter whenever you are in some sort of trouble."

He turned towards the man and the young girl standing next to him. Both of them smiled and waved at the group assembled.

The girl stepped forwards. She was still young, probably in her teens and had blonde hair which fell onto her shoulders. When she cleared her throat and spoke, her voice sounded crisp and clear. Easy to understand and good to listen to.

"Hello everyone! I am the Super known as Darebone, but you kids can just call me Susan. Just not in public, since we won't want to risk our secret identities and all that." she winked and grinned. She gave the man behind her a significant look as he too, stepped forwards.

The man, didn't seem as old as Charles was, but was definitly older than Susan. Tall and slender, with a slight muscular build, he was an handsome appearance. His voice was deep and refreshing as he spoke.

"Heya you all. I'm Flashcharge, or Thomas. I like bowling and rice. We're here to assist you today with all your questions about your powers and what it's like to be a Super. So don't hesitate to speak to us. We're expecting several other Supers to be dropping by later today, who we'll introduce then." He nodded and gave a wink at a female guardian standing close by.

Charles took over again. "So you have the entire afternoon to get to know each other and the Supers. In the late afternoon, a group training session will be held in which you all will be divided in pairs and paired with a Super to see how far your powers have developed so far."

Charles pointed to a big oak door behind him. "The kitchen's over there. Just help yourselves and enjoy!"

He smiled, looking younger than ever before turning around to talk to Susan.

As AriyaLauna had promised Megan, as soon as Charles started speaking, she grabbed the girl's hand and walked up. Megan stayed close behind AriyaLauna until it came apparent the the woman was going straight for Flashcharge. Then she stopped, and backed away, feet scruffing the ground. Her eyes snapped to Raleigh, recognizing the boy, but if he looked over her way, she was going to pretend like she didn't see him. She didn't want nothing to do with these people!

AriyaLauna indeed went straigh up to Thomas, but instead of punching him in the face, she grinned brightly, "Hey, Thomas...Oh, don't worry. I'm not going to kill you this time. I just wanted to say thanks," Ariyalauna gave Flashcharge a smile, then turned around and practically bounced off, purposely leaving him to in his confusion. She would let him intepret that how he wanted, whether he thought she was being sarcastic or not. She also flashed a grin to Charles, or tried to, but wasn't sure if she'd gotten his eye, and nodded in Ruriska's direction, though she was even more sure that the woman hadn't seen her. She went back to Megan.

"Can we go now?"

"Nope."

Megan ducked her head, "Not goin' to do nothing."

"Fine."

"What'd you tell him."

"Thanks."

"What?" Megan's head snapped up in surprise.

AriyaLauna grinned at Megan too, "Oh, you'll understand some day."

"You're stupid."

"Yeah, I know," AriyaLauna ruffled Megan's head. Megan ducked, and ducked behind AriyaLauna in an attempt to hide herself.

Airaka looked around , then Lorina tugged on her hand.
"Aira! I'm bored!"
Airaka rolled her eyes, and smiled at her.
"Maybe you could go find a friend. That is the whole reason we were invited."
Lorina looked around, and stared back up at Airaka.
"But no one likes me!"
"How do you know?"
"Well, their not coming over here!"
Airaka sighed, giggling slightly as she looked nervously over the area.
