 As always, CPK belongs to Em and the rest of the staff. Harper's 'official' stage art in particular is done by Raife. <33 ... don't steal their stuff.
Rules are basically the same as in the main thread as far as etiquette or whatever goes. On an rp note, I don't rp stuff over a pg-13 level. Anyone is welcome to post in this journal, otherwise! Please use OOC brackets if your post isn't in character.

 Harper! The reason we are all here! Well, not the reason we are here on earth, but visiting this particular journal for certain.
Basic Stuff.
Full Name: Harper Jude Sinclair. (full of posh rockstar goodness!)
You can also call him: ... Harper.
Gender: Male
Age: 10-11ish.
Special: He's a human dude mixed with an Umbrella Cockatoo.
Skin Colour: Medium range white dude.
Hair Colour: White, and lemon yellow tipped.
Eye Colour: Black.
Bodytype: Tall and thinning out a bit despite the types of food he consumes, bird waifeyness is proving dominant...
Adores: His friends to the fifth degree, Music, Keyboards, Guitars, Dancing, Singing, playing dress up, being doted on, having fun, getting in to trouble, pushing peoples buttons, Manny<3, his dog<3
Abhors: Heat, people (with the stark exception of those very close to him wherein it is acceptable) messing with his hair, people he cant get a response out of, generally 'boring' people/things, silence, stillness, math+english+science and school in general.
Job: Being alive.
Abilities/Notes: - Loudness: Due to his Umbie DNA, Harper's been gifted with a incredibly loud scream.
- Acrobat?: Harper's really good at keeping his balance, hanging off stuff, walking on edges and climbing. Not so much at his current age, though.
- Sensitive!: Nooo, not emotionally. His fingers are extra sensitive and can feel textures and thickness of materials better than normal.
- Heart/Anatomy/Misc Bird Stuff: As you will read in Riley's journal as well, Harper's got an increased heart rate. He's also got an increased metabolism and eats a lot all day. He doesn't sweat as much as normal people do either, his sweat glands are a bit malformed. His kidneys are larger than normal. He tends to get hot easily and is sensitive to drafts.
Personality: Harper's a spoiled little punk who doesn't know the meaning of duty, responsibility or cause and effect. He's convinced he's the golden child of the world and while he isn't obnoxiously vain or arrogant he basically has no respect for most of the people he should. He doesn't think anything can hurt him. He's a music junkie, a long with other things, and a party boy/child, and wants to either take everyone to the club with him or leave them at home only to return later and set fire to their house. When he's not trying to be a jerk or get on peoples bad sides, however, he's a very happy sort and most people like him even if they don't want to admit it.
Misc. Stuff.

Harper's main guardian, his 'mother' Ashley Sinclair.
 Basic Stuff.
Full Name: Ashley "Asper" Sinclair.
Stage Name: Asper. She still tries to go by it for the most part.
Gender: Female.
Age: 22.
Skin Colour: Medium brown. Compared to modern human races she looks spanish or indian.
Hair Colour: Who knows? Her natural hair colour is dark brown. She dyes it constantly, it's usually in either whites, forest greens, blues and oranges or dark maroons, blues and blacks. Her hairs very very long and she's quite obsessive over it.
Eye Colour: Similar to above. She's usually wearing eye contacts in all shades of odd colours. Naturally, her eyes are a fairly charming shade of vivid orange brown.
Bodytype: Curvy enough, generally very fit. She is a diva after all.
- Height: 5'10.
- Weight: 130lbs.
Job: Currently, she aint' doin' a flippin' thing. Except pick up cabbages, that is.
Abilities: She can 'collect' a willing persons voice and add it to her menagerie. She can change her voice to any of said voices in her 'arsenal,' as well as stretch the limits of said vocals so that she can hit extreme musical keys and tones. Basically, she's a singer. Her singing has potential for minor healing, as well. However, that power is even more subdued on unfamiliar planes and realms, such as gaia; so her 'healing' powers are more than a little lacking... in many ways.
Backstory: Born on another plane of existence, raised in a culture that primed her to be an oracle fronts man for the secret power of a world nation, then discovering her entire facade of beliefs to be false and corrupt, banished, then elevated to ultimate fame on a foreign plane.
Asper has a long backstory riddled with political plots and emo drama, but it's of little importance as none of it has made her nearly as deep, thoughtful or wise as it should have.
She was banished, along with the three men with her, to Earth from their home plane. They found earth to be quite different, but they retained their fantastic abilities to tap into natural beats and play beautiful music. Though their music and bardic like abilities could no longer collapse mountains or raise oceans, they were considered marvelous entertainers, and as the Earth they were on had no other sorts of fantastic magic, they were elevated in no time. They became very famous very fast.
They were forced to relocate to another plane recently. They were in a hurry, running from their past, (isn't that always how it goes?) So here they are on Gaia, no longer famous, and up to their ears in other weird people who have other weird abilities and no longer nearly as special as they once were.
Personality: Ashley got used to being the front and center for a variety of reasons. She was the half sister of the benevolent oracle, and despite being bitter for her lack of direct spotlight she still caught much of the afterglow. She became even more focused on when the group of four became famous, as she was the singer and thus encouraged to be the charismatic frontsman. Her brother stood behind in literal and metaphorical senses. Rather than let this hit home and discover some sort of greater understanding or peace, Ashley took glee from this, and still pushes her brother back in subtle forms of retribution. She’s developed an arrogance and vanity in parallel with most cookie-cutter diva persona, and she believes most people couldn’t begin to understand her and the true depths of her knowledge and understanding. She's entirely full of it. She's selfish, childish, naive, cruel, arrogant and elitist. She's immature in most deeper senses and continues to berate people like her brother to make herself feel better. She does things without thinking and sometimes even caring of the consequence. People are generally not worth the effort to get to know for Ashley.
In the end, if one were to simply classify as evil or not, Ashley would be too immature and malformed to tell. What she ends up being like has a lot to do with if she ever grows up or not, maybe Harper will give the final push in one direction or the other. Her friends hold out hope for her coming around eventually, though her brother seems like he knows better...
Theme: T.e.B. - Wounded ; Running up that Hill, Kate or Within Temptation. (Both remind me of her and her brother/other guys, and Sunny got his name from one of them. xD)

Harper's male influences. Uncle Sunny/Vincent, Soloman and Eliot.
 Vincent
Basic Stuff.
Full Name: Vincent "Asunder" Sinclair.
Stage Name: Asunder. He much prefers Vincent but in stark comparison to his sister, most people insist on using his stage name...
You can also call him: Vin, Vinny, and Sunny
Gender: Male.
Age: 20.
Skin Colour: Medium brown. Compared to modern human races he looks spanish or indian.
Hair Colour: Dyed rose red. Naturally dark brown.
Eye Colour: Gray green. Naturally that way, for once!
Bodytype: He's in fairly good, thick shape considering how waifey most musical stars tend to be these days. He's got the body of a fairly athletic, well built guy.
- Height: 5'9.
- Weight: 150lbs.
Job: He's working as a waiter.
Abilities: Aside from be very morbid and antisocial, he's an amazing guitarist. His guitar playing also has potential for earth manipulation/destruction, though that power is far more subdued on unfamiliar planes and realms, such as gaia.
Backstory: Sunny was the most beloved of the oracles on his home plane. He was exalted, considered benevolent and the envy of many. He was too young and innocent to become egotistical over it, and it all crashed in his face before too long. He was a huge failure in the eyes of his home plane when he became corrupted and there was much fallout for his decisions.
He was the guitar player of Aborane, and much of their more fanatical success was due to Sunny. Quite a few girls, even a few guys, developed very stalkeresque habits for him. He was quite disturbed.
Personality: Most people think Asunder is miserable, self-destructive and pessimistic. He's morbid and pessimistic to be sure, and he's constantly being berated and put down by his 'friends' and sibling... but he's really, very happy. He lives almost exclusively in his own world with his beloved guitar and is never happier than when he is alone playing to no one but himself. However, with all the history he's put into life so far, it's obvious his outlook on life might not be all roses and cream. He's observant and sees faults in people all around him, but also is unique among his companions enough to recognize the possibility of redemption as well. Of course, you will likely never hear him speak of hope. He knows in the end he is only in control of himself, and he tries to be content with that. Instead he speaks of morbid pessimism and cries out all the possible ways everything can go wrong. He does this to prevent his heart from breaking each time his loved ones fail him, as well as a smokescreen to more or less keep people off his back, but it's also a form of immaturity and lack of courage on his part. That and people scare him.
Where his sisters stage 'charisma' seemed more or less conjured and fake, Asunder had an undeniable passion for his music that caused many to be drawn to him while on stage.
Theme: Live - Lightning Crashes ; Muse - Time is Running out (some stripperesque dancing be warned!!~).

Basic Stuff.
Full Name: Eliot Rose.
Stage Name: Eliot Rose. xP
Gender: Male.
Age: 26.
Skin Colour: Tan white guy.
Hair Colour: Dark. Hard to tell as its usually pretty much shaved.
Eye Colour: Brown.
Bodytype: Built, very toned. He's quite proud of his body and makes sure to workout every day.
- Height: 6'0.
- Weight: 170lbs.
Job: Looking for a job.
Abilities: He was the Bass player of Aborane. Unofficially the band's attempt at sex appeal, something entirely Eliot's idea. Other then that, he's not good at much aside from empowering his own ego and coming up with conspiracy theories. His bass playing also has potential for wind manipulation, though that power is far more subdued on unfamiliar planes and realms, such as gaia.
Backstory: Comparatively older than the others when they were banished and 'corrupted,' Eliot was most fervent with the new ideas and accusations of the council. He would of been dubbed the leader of the corruption, but Sunny was too huge a crisis point to over look.
His parents gave him over willingly when he was ten, way older than normally allowed. Obviously, he could still remember his parents and what they did to him. He's scarred by it, bitter, and constantly trying to prove his own worth in one of those traditional sad stories reincarnated time and time again.
Personality: Jovial, funny, arrogant and carefree (which, if you read above, is more or less himself on the outside), Eliot's usually alot of fun to be around. He's all the girls' friend and the kids' favourite guy and the first one to down a drink and sing karaoke. He lives in moment by moment highs and when he ever falls down its hard, depressing and deep. Thus, most everyone hes around tries to keep him high.
Theme: R.H.C.P. - Scar Tissue
 Soloman
Basic Stuff.
Full Name: Soloman Hellingsworth.
Stage Name: Solo.
Gender: Male.
Age: 25.
Skin Colour: Darker skinned than the other three, he looks something like modern races' african folk.
Hair Colour: Black.
Eye Colour: Blue.
Bodytype: Skinny, tall, and hairless!
- Height: 6'3.
- Weight: 130lbs.
Job: Working in a music store.
Abilities: Was the percussion master in Aborane. Of all the others he had the most enthusiasm for their music as a career, and still wants to be involved with music constantly. His drum/percussion playing also has potential for an array of magic-like abilities, though that power is far more subdued on unfamiliar planes and realms, such as gaia.
Backstory: Soloman's always been simple and straightforward. He was a mediocre oracle, and in most respects mediocre knight, but supremely talented in percussion. Percussion was one of their home plane's most coveted and powerful weapons, despite being so simple in most respects. Despite this glory, he lacked individualism and self-identity even more than the other children. He fell into the corruption mostly to follow suit of his only friends.
The world they were banished to filled him with passion and desire to discover himself and the universe. He's started running and still hasn't stopped.
Personality: Soloman acts like he's constantly on some sort of drug and like he's always got another party to hit after the current one dies out. He's a die hard party boy, though his motives are far less self-destructive, compared to say, Eliot. Instead, he's just in it to have fun and meet cool people. He's got the attention span of a squirrel and, judging by his less than normal facial expressions, pretty much looks like one too. Despite that, as these types often are, he's considerably intelligent in an offhand almost autistic way. He's constantly moving and everybody makes jokes about not wanting him to start fires, drive cars or babysit. He can be very intense at times.

Harper's disdain for Antony has grown into something like a religious rage now; they can't even look at each other without having to make remarks and try to outwit each other even if, in such an arena, Antony clearly has the upper hand Dx
However! Harper quite enjoys Shade for the simple fact he put him in a giant ball when he was a baby.
Guardian Opinions: None, save for the fact that they all think Shade's a step cooler than most parents for coming to one of their parties.

Manny is prolly Harper's best friend not that he'd be quick to phrase it that way, especially not when Tas comes around. She's been his first memory of friendship from both stages of his life thus far and has spent more time with her than anyone else, and as such, she's surpassed into that zone in Harper's deranged mind where she can do no wrong.
Never really met Estelle.
Guardian Opinions: Curious, more empathetic than normal, somewhat protective. Thusly Harper's guardians have been 'angels' by their own standards toward the girl.

Bishop gets to start life off with a bang as far as her relationship with Harper goes. As far as Harper is concerned, Bishop is his pet project, 'he' is going to be the coolest 'guy' next to him in school and Harper will teach 'him' all he knows. The grand disappointments of her gender won't matter much, and call it a bit of big brother syndrome (or more like twice removed cousin of a sister's boyfriends' uncle's mom's granddaughter), Harper won't be able to help much but love on the baby when she gets here.
Harper thinks Maverick is a bit creepy but given that she is ridiculously rich, he likes her at least a little xD Lee is full of win despite being a legal slave, because he spoils Harper so and takes teasing well.
Guardian Opinions: Uhh, let's see. Maverick was one of Eliot's first girlfriends since coming to Gaia; they broke up mutually, that doesn't mean Eliot doesn't try to still 'get some' every now and then. Sunny was the only one in the rest of their family that liked Mave; Solo thought she was too boring for Eliot (she was, too xD) and Ashley.. is Ashley..

Harper's like FIRST REAL MALE FRIEND SORTA YEAH!!@$ And Melch is a cool pirate and not some prissy wussy boy who can't get his hands dirty! Harper is always excited to see Melchy, even if he has to act too 'cool' for excitement once he gets there half the time.
Harper thinks Katrina's scary but really cool and funny.
Guardian Opinions: ...Eliot wants to cry for both Katrina and Melchys presence, Soloman has the sudden taste for rum, and Sunny's just concerned.

>8D Harper has no idea what to do with himself. Jacoba is evil and it would be better for the good of the world if Harper embarked on a crusade against her, but LURV KNOWS NOT THE LAWS OF MAN! Of course even puppy love has it's limits, and Harper is /sort of/ confusing an epiphany-tastic friendship with other things, but he's also masochistic like that so who knows. Plus he's only 10.
Harper don't like Jacoba's mum either. She's his math teacher, self explanatory, but she's also a total freak and lets Jacoba try and kill him!
Guardian Opinions: Eliot thinks Jacoba is quite scary. He also wants to sleep with Jacoba's mum. That's about it.

Riley's rambunctious and doesn't seem overly interested in much that Harper is, but the general consensus is that Riley's fun to play with and Harper far from disagrees.
None of her brothers have interacted with Harper to note.
Guardian Opinions: Only opinion belongs to Eliot on Mikael - Eli' thinks he's a viable sperm doner/savior.

Deva's quiet, a stark comparison to Harper in that alone. She's delicate, fragile, careful, sweet... pretty much everything Harper isn't, save for the occasions when he is the sweet as well. Still, they don't necessarily clash, and can enjoy an ice cream together for certain!
Harper didn't pay much attention to Zack.
Guardian Opinions: Sunny and Solo both agree Deva seems far too sheltered and quiet. (Sunny's not really one to talk, but regardless.) Still, they seem nice enough - Sunny and Zack have decided to have a guitar duo some time.

Harper probably likes Ignacio a lot more than he lets on or is mutual, almost entirely for the simple fact he (was) the only other boy Harper's met so far that he liked. They drew on each other as babies as their daddies messed around with tattoos, and Iggy was certainly attentive enough for Harper's pleasing.
Guardian Opinions: Ashley thinks of Devon what she thinks of every other male, Eliot thinks he's pretty cool - but the next time he's straddled over a tattooing table he'd much prefer the artist be that fiiine chick Devon works with. Ashley likes Iggy well enough.. comparatively at least.

Casia is a cute baby girl Harper found himself fond of even if she is a bit obnoxiously girly in her demeanor and all that. She can sing really cool, much like Chris but.. not, and seems to love music so. She sorta has to be cool at this point.
Her mother however is an evil evil woman who's annoying like a pink poodle is disturbing and blames him for things when it isn't even seriously his fault$!@4
Guardian Opinions: Solo and Eliot think both girls are cute; but upon learning what a 'siren' is, Solo is NOT letting Harper get near Casia + water + ships anytime soon.

The group live in a fairly large apartment in Gambino. They've always been reluctant to live apart and so they decided to keep living together. They're sudden loss of exotic mansions and pampered trailers, as well as their sudden lack of income, has them all a bit ... 'off guard.' They had some valuable jewelry and material assets they hocked initially to buy their place and they have rent for about a year, but they still need to eat, so they are living pretty slummy.
The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a nice lofty balcony. In it's base, the apartment itself as well as the complex its in is pretty nice. However, they have next to no furniture inside and nobody seems to bother cleaning overly much so it's a bit of a wreck within. Asunder's been living in the living room while the other three had their own rooms... Soloman doesn't know it yet, but he's about to be evicted.
