» Appearance: Pale and scrawny, Abel's easily distinguished by his dark red hair and even darker blue (nearly black) eyes. He is often sporting scrapes, bruises, and bandaids, either from his sister or himself.
» Personality: Generally quiet and reserved, Abel tends to be shy in the company of others (excluding his sister and other family members). He keeps to himself and is not particularly social, though he is very dependant on those he is close to. He's the kind of person who lets people walk all over him, and knowingly so. Suprisingly, he can be a very persistant force when he feel the need to. Unfortunately, this is usually to illicit a violent response.
He and his sister have a very close, albeit rather disturbed bond.

» Appearance: Well dressed, crisp and obviously an individual of wealth, Vera likes to flaunt her status in a tasteful manner. She has cropped dirty blonde hair and dark brown eyes. She usually looks like she has better things to be doing. Vera dresses very professionally, taking great pride in her appearance.
» Personality: Severe and headstrong. Vera gets what she wants, how she wants it. Though usually collected, she can be very moody if things are not to her liking.
» Backstory: Vera married young to her childhood sweetheart, and with the blessing of her family. After some time, the young couple realized they were unable to have children, prompting the first struggles of their marriage. They saw specialists and tried clinics, and though they had the money to spend no one could successfully help them. Refusing to give up, they continued in their attempt until an untimely car accident killed Vera's husband. Still recovering from her loss, she believes that Divinity has given her a great opportunity.

Vera's half brother, as well as youngest sibling. Owen shares the same father with her, but his mother was their father's mistress. She refused to abort the child after finding out she was pregnant, hoping that it would convince Mr. Lachlan to leave his family for her. While it did not happen, Mr. Lachlan made sure they were provided for, with the hope she would not reveal Owen was his child and have to face the scandal.
Despite the circumstances, Owen and Vera get along well, and are very close. As his senior by eight years, she is very protective of him, especially because he's very spontaneous. Owen is rambunctious, loves attention, and always enjoys a good time. He also is flamboyantly gay. While his father was not thrilled to hear such news, he was lucky enough to have a family which accepted his choice.
He stands only a few inches taller than Vera, at 5'10". Owen usually sports an unnaturally colored mohawk, several piercings, and a goatee.
