Hey folks, Rin speaking! Just wanted to let you all know that it would be very much appreciated if you guys posted your character's level when posting for training and missions. The crew is trying out a new EXP system and giving us your level/s before hand would make it soooo much easier for us.

P.S. I'm gonna give you guys the rundown on what the new system is, since I'm still here and all. Your training and missions will now be graded by this scale.
L1-5: 1 XP per 75 words
L6-10: 1 XP per 50 words
L11-19: 1 XP per 40 words
L20-29: 1 XP per 35 words
L30-49: 1 XP per 30 words
L50+: 1 XP per 20 words
New Format: (though nothing much has changed)
Skills and ability points (and all that other fun stuff) will vary depending on the differing villages and graders. If you don't like what you've been givin, please don't throw a fit in the forums and whatnot. Send a PM to the appropriate grader or Kage of that village.

Hmmm this is starting to urk me a bit. Noticed this in a few training posts but decided to make a note about it.
DON'T POST USELESS CRAP!!
By useless crap I mean things that don't have to do with you training. Talking to someone is NOT training. Getting the instructions and asking for clerification is NOT training. I've seen people do this, they'll post a link that starts with like 4 or 5 posts of talking and the actual training doesn't even START on that page. Its one thing if the training starts on that page but when it doesn't, it pisses me off, makes work harder and hurts you.
Why does it hurt you?
Cause if I see this or Rin tells me about her experiencing this from this point on, I'm cutting your exp personally.
Now, don't make more work for me and I won't make your life a living hell.

Ok folks, its really become obvious that I don't have a lot of time to grade EXP that much anymore. I'm still doing it but now that I'm working again, my time is cut. So I got someone to help me out.
Rin Kairiu will be doing some of the grading from now on. Now, there are two things I want to make very clear:
1) Due to the fact that Rin is still learning the ropes of EXP grading, she might not give you exactly what you deserve. Now don't come bitching cause she gave you 2 points in something and you thought you deserved 3 or some other minor s**t like that. You do that and I'll negate ALL the exp for that training PERIOD. No muss, no fuss. Anyway, if you do have an issue with her approach or her numbers, IM ME FIRST! She's still learning so its obvious she's gonna make mistakes but I don't want any of you insensitive bastards attaking her. Talk it out with me, I'll look it over and get back to you. If it warrents it that is.
Well, thats it. Be nice to her, listen to her advice if she gives any and keep up the RP. Now...

This is a simple topic, and it goes like this: When you train, you post a link to the pages that you trained on. If you have a problem with what I give you, you can take it up with me in PM's. However, I'm sure that I'll be fair, so hopefully this won't be too painful.
Please remember these things:
~You do not get experience for any posts in the academy (Except the teachers)
~You may recieve experience as a student, but it cannot be counted towards leveling up until you become a genin. Basically it compounds.
~You may recieve experience training under a cell, but it must be posted here. If it isn't, it will not be counted. There are too many pages for me to go through....
When your character reaches a certain amount of experience this is called a level up. You will receive special bonus that will complement your training and will make you stronger. Each time you go up a level you will receive the following bonus.
*You recalculate your Hp using the formula [10 + con mod] x level
*You recalculate your Cp using the formula [3 + chk mod] x level
*You recalculate your Mhp using the formula [10+wis mod] x level
*3 Ability points
*You recalculate your skill points using the formula [int mod x level]
*Your base attack will be increased by +1
*Your base saves will increase depending on the level. Refer to the saving throws are for more information.
*You might receive extra attacks per round depending on your level.
*You might have a level high enough to start learning a new jutsu.
For further information, here is the experience needed per level:
Level 1-9: Add +10 to your exp bar [100 - 180]
Level 10: Add +20 to your exp bar [200]
Level 11-15: Add +50 to your exp bar [250 - 500]
