“Phrozen Wishes, I have a job for you.” System Malfunction stated bluntly.
Phrozen stared back at him. “What makes you think I’ll do it?”
“…You’re going to do it. I need you to fix the elevator, so we can get out of this room and back in with less difficulty.”
“…What do you mean ‘I need to fix the elevator?” I have no idea how to do that sort of thing! I’m not a mechanic!” came a protest from Phrozen.
System Malfunction sighed. “I don’t care. You’re the only person around…Push buttons until you make it work or something. You’re not allowed back into this room until you fix it.”
“B-but…This is my room, not yours!” yelled Phrozen as she was pushed out into the hallway and locked out. She sighed, then whispered, “I might as well go try, at least.” She quickly headed around the corner into the elevator, which was stuck open on their floor, as it had been for the past few days. The interior was covered in plush carpet, including the walls, and the elevator music had been turned on by someone and turned up very loudly.“Why would you put carpet up on a wall?” she mused to herself.
“Well. I suppose I’ll…push buttons until something works?” Phrozen stated, then began to do just that, jabbing different combinations of buttons on the control panel, hoping something would light up. She paused for a moment, and the elevator suddenly shut and began descending.
Smiling gladly, Phrozen stated, “I’ll get my hotel room back now! Yay~”
At the top of the elevator, the emergency door swung open, and Phrozen found herself face to face with the Sniper. “…Damnit!”

Downstairs, in the lobby, the daily voting was being carried out. Most everyone had finished, and a large group of people had congregated, waiting for the results.
Behind them, the elevator slammed to the ground, and the doors opened. The dead body of Phrozen tumbled out, and at least one person shrieked and ran away.
“…Well, the elevator’s working, at least.” Bullet Rift mumbled. “That being said, the winners of the vote are…System Malfunction and FortrenaAskasa!”
The two almost expected to be jailed, and they stood up and came willingly.
As was becoming tradition, in the jail, they were greeted by Steven prodding, licking, and harassing them as they laid on the ground. The rest of the jailbirds did nothing to help them.
