I've been mumbling a lot recently about 'duties' and a 'project' for the guild. I don't know who pays attention to me or who even cares, but I've stuck with this place for a while and developed a great number of friendships here. I don't want us to break apart, so I felt like doing something useful with my lurking that almost always occurs when the guild is empty:
I'm making a compendium of everything that's ever gone wrong.
That's right; I'm going back through the entire history of the guild, locating all the remaining (undeleted) conflict-related threads, and bookmarking them for future reference. I also plan to add some commentary and explanation with each incident.
"Why?" you may ask. Well, if you'll listen, I'll explain.
Remember how our guild was created? In PC, people were banned with no justification given by the mods. They just said that we should accept their word and the real reasons were left buried in shadow. Those shadows eventually festered into a great scab that was removed as the disgusted members splintered off into this guild.
History's purpose in the world is to show us what we did wrong so that horrible mishaps from the past can be avoided in the future. Maybe we can even mention what happened after each instance, showing that we improved or changed what was wrong.
I'm creating this thread. There's not much anyone can do to stop me aside from banning me. If you don't want to read it, don't. However, if you've ever wanted to understand the old, hush-hush subjects that've been mumbled by the guild vets, you'll want to look.
Remember, though, that once this is created, it should only be used as a resource to improve current conditions and to avoid problems. I'm bringing the past to light so it can be viewed with unclouded eyes.

Sounds good to me, but I don't know how much anyone else can do. sweatdrop
The main thing I can think of is dates. I've always been horrible at remembering them, so if you have even an approximate idea of when something important occurred, tell me. I'll thoroughly investigate any incident you deem important enough to stick in the thread.
My Progress So Far:
I'm finished examining the guild's post history.
I only have a little bit of side research left before I start writing the thread in Notepad - should be done soon. ^^
Volunteers/Helpers:

@Jengi - Yes; explanations will be provided. If I didn't talk a little about stuff, even if it's from my point of view, 'twouldn't be worth anyone's time to read. 3nodding
@Gin - I'm waiting expectantly for your comments, good or bad. So far, I've not had any complaints, but I'm up for them, especially if they're constructive.
