Bright Forest South

As you enter the Southern Bright Forest, the woods become oddly silent. Once filled with the chirping of birds and the sounds of small animals making their lives, the woods are now home to many strange things. Though the beasts Henrik summons are fueled by the spirits of nature, the animals born into this world find them unsettling, fleeing from the very sight of them. It is here that the summoned beasts have prowled for many weeks past, and where they still prowl, along with a handful of human allies...guarding the village from any who may seek to harm it.

The bulk of the settlers NPCs are here. Rather than fighting in the village and risking the collateral damage, the villagers have placed nearly all their forces here to stop the enemy from reaching Radiant. Do not dare pass through this area without giving me time to respond if you are not on the side of the Settlers.

Funny sight it must have been as she rode onto the scene.

Her hood was back up, surgical mask in place, shades down, and the yellow blinding and extreme obvious. Even more so the fact that she was riding a green tiger around side-saddle like a disfunctional queen. Good enough title for her too.

A lazy lean back as she yawned into her hand.

"So where we headed man?" Question directed to the guy trailing behind her. Kind of creepy, toting a gun around like that, probably a military fanwank.

A drink was in order and so she took one after digging out a flask.

Mozz began traveling through the forest, pushing back braches and brush, until he made it to where Veronica currently stood waiting with an armed ally. He gave Jackknife a moment to catch up while he got his bearings. Where did the moster lie? That was the question. “Give me a moment, checking my bareings, do you remember where the ruins are from here?”

Branches and twigs pulled themselves back out of Alan's way as he followed Mozz. As he walked he left no trace of his movement at all. No footprints, broken twigs, damaged vegetation, none of that. He caught up with Mozz and Veronica. "I'm not sure. I think we have to cross the river to get to them though. Or rather, cross where the river should be."

“Ah right!” Mozz nodded, spotting the old mill in the distance. “Well, ot would be best to get moving then!” He grabbed some dirt and smeared it across his tanned face, and then continued towards the mill. The quicker they got there, the better.

"River huh...?"

At long last she finished the flask guzzling and stashed it back in her coat. There was a river around here? She had noticed a few dead streams but that was about it.

Long sigh as she glanced at the people with her. They had this tendency to talk that just seemed to get to her. Should have come as no suprize to anyone when she leaned down and tapped the Tiger's ear with mutterings of 'Go wherever.'

Apparently where-ever was a round-about place that took them down a fork in the road. Not a very quiet trip either as the women started hmm'ing as they tredged on.

Obviously she was not going to be a whole lot of help in this trip.

Branches and twigs continued moving themselves out of Alan's way as he noiselessly followed Mozz towards the mill. He moved his head left and right, scanning for anything unusual with the MTPA. He did not expect enemies this close to the village, but it was best to be cautious.

Kalis came into another empty area, pausing to take a look around. It seemed docile forest, not much had disturbed what was lurking around there already. It was a good thing.

Putting a leg down, he stopped to gain his bearings.

Aiolos ran through the forest, he miscalculated, everyone seemed to be way ahead of him right now... Damnit, where did the mayor say the mill was? Oh well, better keep going....

The clearing seemed to be like a starting point. He ran quickly to the Sunsoaked clearing.

Zen looked around at his surrondings in the forest, many airbourne bugs flying in groups stood out, the bomb squad was proceeding through without a hitch so far, Zen was there and ready to protect if that certain hitch were to arise though.

shortly after reviewing the areas in which he had just crossed Zen followed the bomb squad into the sunoaked clearing.
