Personality: Storm is a very complex and ornate weavings of emotions. She can hold a kind word to you one moment and be tearing the flesh from your bones the next with a well trained hoof and maw. She can often times be lustful during the breedings seasons and believes everyone is out to get her, which may in fact be true. However, for those she does hold trust towards she would defend and protect if it meas her life. She is extremely quick to batter down any who dare threaten on of these 'companions'. Be wary of her for she will often display agressive behavior towards all she is not familiar with and often times delivers a sharp kick or bite to those who push her to far.

Location: Storm is often found travelling between D'ob and Casa Tiner. She often makes rounds through Ryuten on her way for she has a partial fondness to humans.

Storm's Tree is located in the Northeast Quadrant near the Mother Tree.

Rules of Thumb
1. No posting at all
2. If you want to RP, PM me please, its how I'll see most RPs.
3. Don't bug me asking for custom lineart, read stuff, you'll find it all out soon enough.
4. Read everything here before asking me any questions about Storm, you'd be surprised where a little bit of reading gets you.
5. All breeding with Storm shall be done ICly, unless you have a wicked plot, don't ever PM me about breeding slots.
6. More when I think of them. 8D

The Layout
Everything here pertains to Storm and what she's like. Information on the different sections will be included below the starting post so you know just what that particular post is about before reading it. This is a journal to help me organize information on Storm and keep all her Roleplays logged. You may notice several links to different threads scattered in various sections. Don't be alarmed, I just don't know where to put some stuff. XD All Roleplays by her tree will be done in separate threads. I don't like Roleplaying here, simply because its where all my Roleplays are going to be stuck. O.o

What's With the Location?
As is quite readily known by the first post Storm's tree is located in the Northwestern quadrant. There is apt reason for this, and in a way its come to shape the viacrious personality she posseses now. If you notice on the main map in the Roleplaying section of the guild, her fruit tree is posed very near both the mysterious forests of the Casa Tiner, and the humanly villages far to the north. Being born and living next to the dark woods and towering icy peaks is no way for a Nequus without parents to be raised. She provided for herself, too frightened to venture off into the world, and unkowing of the bright landscape about her. She relied mostly upon humans, though was startlingly chlostrophobic, refusing to go back to her fruit tree and having to be dragged, pushed, and kicked back to her home by the other Nequus. There was simply not enough life to sustain her, nor the guidance from other foals for growing. Consequently a paranoid nature was formed, or so legend told it, but a trust for the humanoids formed.

Shape/Size/Color
Despite her formidable personality her tree is remarkably small for the quandrant its in. Showing she is progressed well in age, but nothing compared to the elders than span the inner ring which she accompanies. It is a strange position for an even stranger Nequus, especially since her tree type from birth isn't what she is now. What ever spurred the mysterious transformation is completely unknown, but something eerie floats near her lifeforce even now. The leaves are the natural golden color, as they should be, but the tree itself is gainly. Branches interwine one another, their small thin, spindly branches reaching to the sky as if to snatch life from one another. It appears to be on a constant battle with itself for life. It is simply a reflection of her mind, some say.

Past
The past of the Nequus remains long since forgotten. She can't be very old, compared to a solemn few of the remaining elders, but she has witnessed enough to have a basic grasp on life. What's she's seen has made her violent, and pretentious. Not quite vain, but still knowing that she can use beauty to her advantage. She'd sooner roll in a patch of mud than be clean, however. Perhaps it is a warning signal to all who wish to woe her.

Second Figure
She is fairly tall for her breed, though not quite the largest. Her build is remarkably thin, though still muscled and conformed. Nothing like the Ichsa or Reya in terms of composition, but still a light build for a horse who used to be a Jala. Now she boasts two towering wings, quite similar to those of the Reya and Aeri. They remain a startling snow white, though she hates them with a passion, wishing them gone. They give her an unwanted stereotype of evil, even if that's what she is. Yet no one can be truly evil, she simply is trained in the arts of anger, striking out when deemed necessary, which happens to be often. Upon her head stretches a unique horn, not quite like the Reya's, and posing more like the Ichsa, but seemingly longer with much more serrated edges. Not only that, but her hair is remarkably long, containing a unique curl that most of its length are lacking.

Appearance of Now
Her muscles have filled in significantly, placing her a little towards the Jala scheme once more, but she still remains sleek and thin. The leather that bound the membranes have once again been overgrown with feathers and now they are longer, brighter, and more beautiful than she remembered them from her birth. That unique horn still spirals on her forhead, but she thinks it too may leave in time. Perhaps to teach her a lesson that's she's not quite yet learned?

Personality
She is quite the haughty fellow, easily angered and quick to temper. Yet there is something quite noble about her nature. She holds herself tall, giving those around her a sense of fear, yet of safety if you are on her side. Past life and simply insanity have taught her that no one is to be trusted. A quick flash of hooves will keep you safe and nothing more. Time has taught her to take little friends, for they mean betrayal and more over protection. Those few she knows are glad to be in her company. She defends them with a sharper hoof and anxiety than she ever will herself. Keeping all others a respectable distance away from them. If you think its harsh to cross her path, trying crossing the path of one of those she finds highly. Death sentences are given out quickly then.
Yet, as with all Nequus, persistance will eventually pay off with her. The more she is pestered and shown that another truly wishes her company, the more she becomes inclined to take such a person into friendship. It is almost as if the ultimate test is annoyance and threats. Those that leave are not worthy of her time, and those that stay are only a threat to her position over the lands.
Beneath all the anger and violence she does posses quite the mind. However, she has severe problems using it as pride and punishment loom over her head always waiting to drop like a hard stone. Another, more deranged notion also touches her mind. Storm can be a bit lustful, taking pleasure with others whenever she deems it fit. Her attitude towards one some day could be malice, and the next a distinct longing for them. She often times uses a swift tongue to coaxe others into her wishes, aided by a beauty she has deemed ruined by the appearance of leather wings.
The one true thing that will set her off no matter the circumstances is the picking on of the weak. Not so much adult Nequus with full potential to return their own blows, but the young. Any who takes advantage of youth is a disgusting and deranged creature whose life needs to be either ended, or severely degraded. There is no sport in injuring the young, and Storm is quick to defend them no matter who they are, or whom is the opposing force.

Then
This is simply the time of her feathered wings. She was driven mostly by emotion, fighting to keep her place in the world. She used her beauty to draw others towards her, then dilvered the punishment she thought they deserved for ever falling for such a dirty trick. She lived in a sense through others fear, hoping to keep them at bay while she gained strength and knowledge of the world. Needless to say this gained her few friends, and mostly enemies. Mostly it grew others to be more intrigued by her, wishing to win her heart for their own since she was such an impossible catch.

Now
Insanity plagues her soul. She has begun to experience the beginnings of seerdom, gaining a horn and leather wings that she wishes only to be rid of. Her proud nature has fallen slightly, and she is more inclined to listen, rather than to strike, at least for a longer period of time. Her protection of others is still as avid as other. To cross her is still a wish for pain, though it is becoming easier and easier to do so. Its yet to see what is in store for the little (or big) bundle of energy.

~ A rather unfortunate night between she and the one of no emotions has left her completely amiss with the world. Her normal hard self is thrown back into a motherly disposition as she becomes the soul protector of four fruits. It is up to her to have them make it to adulthood, and she almost refuses most of the purple stallions help. Perhaps in time this stubborness will wear away, too, though for now, the Nequus lands sleeps peacefully knowing Storm is too busy to bother them.

Like
Soyoka: Possibly the only Nequus she considers a friend in the world, she won't think twice before thrusting herself for this ones protection. Storm met her quite by chance when Soyaka had just emerged from her fruit, guiding the youth in her first hours. It is distinct proof that there is love in Storm's heart, especialy for the younger of lives.
Melantho: Storm isn't quite sure what emotions toy with her here. Her initial instinct is cool neaturality, but some deep form of respect lingers just below the surface. The other's masterful words keep her readily entranced, and to be thought of in poetry is enough to send any Nequus' heart racing. She decides that she likes this mare, and certainly wouldn't deny her if she sought out the gold's company.

Neutrality
Lucius: There is a certain amptitude of respect for this creature, but nothing quite yet amounting to friendship. Its much easier for her to trust him - as he's the first she's been able to focus on thoughts with. Consequently she views him as a sort of tool, whom she doesn't mind leading towards 'friendship' for the purposes of expanding her seer abilities. He doesn't seem to mind, unlike the others, so for now she's content to sit back and let him think what he will. She does, however, find a distinct liking to the fact he despises Attia and Brakrin - and isn't afraid to kill the foals if the need comes.
Blaire: She can't decide if she simply doesn't care about him, or dislikes him. To her he seems far to dense to be living, but she won't let him get anywhere near Brakrin for fear Attia might have her little game. For the mean time she simply pardons his complete lack of intelligence, hoping maybe he'll learn his lesson someday. In the mean time she plans on saving him from mysterious and dangerous plots as often as possible.
Nyx: Not exactly the brightest bush in the bunch, but at least she's persistent and knows what she wants. The world is full of violent people, and it takes a few brave and outgoing to get it moving again. Perhaps she'll bring some truth to the world, Storm thinks. In any case, she won't do what she'd done to the Nequus again, not if she insists on getting to know the gold. Only fate can decide that boundry.

Dislike
Velg'larn: You can't hate something as dumb and emotionless as a brick. Therefore she only has a minute anger towards this Nequus, mostly because she can't get through his thick skull. Furthermore she finds his ramblings absolutely pointless, most of the time wishing he would simply shut up and leave her alone.
Tahmores: An utter idiot. Even more fowl than poor Velg who has no emotion to spread around. To fly at night is one thing, to wish for the hatred towards one you never met is another. She's glad he's snapped his wing and hopes he never flies again. Certainly on her hit list, but has not crossed her path yet again, so she figures if he's wise enough to stay away she'll let him have his peace.
August: Vanity is definately high on this ones list. He seems to be more involved with getting his ugly brown Reya hide up the mountain than with anything else. He has a perfect view of the world, which she hopes will be quickly shattered, but that is not certain. Perhaps Storm will crush his dreams herself. In either case, she won't be invoking any talking.

Hatred
Brakrin: She hasn't met him for long, but he is the distinct friend of a certain Attia Shade. She's heard vivid stories of their torture of the weak, especially of his brothers. Any Nequus with as cold a heart as to drive pain among their own kin has a life to low to think off.

Loathing
Attia Shade: There is no sport in killing, slaughtering, or otherwise maiming the weak. Attia seems to find pleasure in doing any of these things. It doesn't matter who it is, Storm has noted, but they need to die. Not to mention she works with Brakrin for such things, making a team of brutal murders to carry out completely unfair situations. Storm wishes nothing but for the ceasing of such events and is quite determined to hunt down Attia and stop every one of her ploys, even if it means her death. It could cause her to strike several deals even with those she despises.

Winter Event RP. BF

TawnyAngel
The orange-eyed aeri bent down to nibble at the scrubby late autumn grass under his hooves. Spring, in his opinion, couldn't come too soon. Sicknesses passed around in winter and he always seemed to get a heavy dose of whatever was going around. This usually resulted in several miserable days spent trying to find somewhere out of the weather to recuperate.

Sighing softly to himself, Lucius took another pace forwards, his teeth cropping the grass without great enthusiasm for the tasteless stuff.

Kealdrana Sasaiuni
Storm could care less about the grass she was so busy bickering with the voice inside her head. She'd found her abilities were growing much more useful ever since her meeting with the Aeri of bone. What do you mean he's scary! You're an idiot! she snapped at whatever it was that had brought up the situation. ]'I'm telling you, he's evil. No emotion, it makes me quiver in my boots. Be wary.' The crossbreeds muslces tensed up as she fumed at this thing that argud with her. I'll have you know I'm ten times worse than any emotionless b***h! 'He'll get you one day. Just watch it.' When I find you, you're a dead little voice. She recieved nothing but a chuckle in return before she could no longer hold the connection, it shattered and was replaced by hundreds of others.

"Oh leave me alone you persistent fools," she grumbled at them, stamping her feet into the ground. Her ears swiveled about on her head searching for something of interest. She wanted nothing more than to beat the world into submission at the moment. She found a rock, and decided that would do just find.

Thump. "Stupid idiots." Thump. "Just who does he think he is?" Thump. "Damn voices." Thump. Then there was a pause. Her nose caught the familiar scent of another Nequus.

She hadn't expected to see him again so soon, but fates had their ways. She just wasn't sure she was in the mood to talk to anyone at the moment, let alone someone with good philosophical reason. She had a mind to be stubborn at the moment, and she didn't want anyone interfering with that, no matter how perfect they were. She could either leave, or wait, and she decided on the latter. He'd probably see her if she tried to trot away, anywho.

TawnyAngel
It was the thumps that caught his attention. Lucius raised his head, his muscles tensing for anger in case the whatever it was meant him harm. A moment later he smiled slightly and set off towards the golden figure that had entered his field of view at a steady walk.

"Greetings, Storm," he called to the seer. "I must admit I did not expect to see you again so soon... Might I ask what you were doing to make that thumping sound? I must admit it startled me somewhat."

It was good to see her again; he hadn't missed the horned mare but the stallion wouldn't deny that his mood was somewhat lifted by the sight of her. Tentative their friendship might be but he was glad to be in her company again, especially as it distracted him from the poor fodder and prospect of unpleasant weather over the coming months.

Kealdrana Sasaiuni
She flicked an ear towards him as he came, but remained mostly looking out to the world around her. Couldn't he see she wasn't in the mood for talking? But she wouldn't be rude, as much as she wished, for some reason he seemed to have driven a bit of respect in her heart. Not more than a few weeks ago she would simply had driven him away with teeth and hoof. Today she took it out on the rock.

Thump.

It was then she turned towards him, a sigh escaping her lips as she did so. Her head hurt severely from the conversation with the dolt not moments before. "Greetings," she welcomed him, offering him a slight smile of her own, though it was very weak. There was no point in trying to hide her discomfort, though it wasn't with him.

She wondered what he'd been up to since she'd last seen him. Merely a curiosity to find out what other Nequus did. She had never delved to deeply into her own races customs, it was always better for her to stay away from such ludicracy. People should define themselves, not have an event or others do it for them.

"What brings you out this way?" she asked, turning her head to the sky. Already thick clouds were beginning to form, the promise of rain and more grass, though highly worthless. It was all full of water and nothing else.

TawnyAngel
The stallion flicked an ear, noting the mare's listlessness. What was one supposed to do at a time like this? Lucius floundered internally for a few moments before giving up; he never knew what to do to help in situations like this.

Probably because I've never had to before. Ah well, perhaps I will get better at it as time goes on.

"Running, flying, finding some passable grazing," he said after a few moments of silence. "I usually find it best to keep moving in the colder seasons, keeps the chill out a little."

After a moment or two more of internal debate, the orange-winged aeri decided not to press the horned mare about her obvious unhappiness. If she wants to tell me, I am sure she shall. I don't think I would like to be quizzed about my troubles if I had no intention of sharing.

Ah.

Oops.

She could still read his mind.

Oh well, she wouldn't find any thoughts there that shamed him and at least she would know that he cared about her low mood.

Kealdrana Sasaiuni
Storm wasn't much of a mover in the colder seasons. She found her joints stiffened up and she'd rather be somewhere tucked away hiding for most of the winter. However, on those occasions where it rained, but was only cool, t gave her spirit a fling. The majority of the time she despised any sort of water falling, but there were some occasions where it was enjoyable.

"This is how I am normally," she told him. "Irritable." His worry was misplaced, really. She wasn't in a bad mood, necessarily, nothing was troubling her for the most part. It was just that voice that kept hammering her skull with various warnings about Velg'larn. As if the little Bae could do anything to her! Far below her in every way possible.

"Besides," she continued. "I can't read your mind. Only what you give me of it." In time, perhaps, she'd be able to dig for whatever she willed. In the mean time she could pick up surface thoughts, maybe, if the world around her wasn't buzzing with them. Sometimes she could ask things of them, and they'd answer, but mostly they recoiled in fear and a string of emotions, giving her a headache. She hadn't tried much more of that in a log time.

Today, however, despite her mood, she was ready to try something new. She let out a sigh and flinched ahead of time, awaiting the pain that might come from doing this. She focused on the Nequus' exterior thoughts, trying to follow them back. She lost herself several times, and almost fell asleep, but she thought she might have something. Hey, stamp your right foot. She told the other. As she suspected a wave of thoughts hit her as she tried it. Apparently having something in your mind triggered things, and they battered against her skull till she snapped her head back and let him be. "Ouch," she murmered.

TawnyAngel
Lucius frowned, he'd been about to say something to her about her apparent default mood when a murmer of somthing that might have been words passed through his mind. The Aeri snorted and tossed his head. Before he could discern anything about it however, it was fading away, leaving only the slightest of echos in his skull.

"...That was you?" he quizzed the horned mare, curiously; midly disconserted by the uninterpreted whispers that were rapidly vanishing.

Lucius pawed lightly at the ground with his right hoof, watching the golden-bodied mare steadily. "Interesting," he muttered, "It seems that you can do a little more than simpkly see the surface... you are not fully a seer then?"

Kealdrana Sasaiuni
She watched his expression carefully. There. He responded to something, but was it her? Storm opened her mouth to speak, but he asnwered her question for her. She nodded at him, realizing her full message hadn't got through. Practice. Lots and lots. Oh how she hated trying.

"No," she agreed with him. "It takes masterwork, of which I have none. Lots of experimentation and failure." She tried it all the time, but so far no full voices had come through. She decided to try something else. Maybe if she didn't use words things would work better.

She concentrated again, closing her eyes, which kept away the distractions, she focused on the strange thoughts that whipped about his head. Instead of trying to follow them, she simply floated with them, letting them take her where they willed. She felt herself feeling fatigued, something on her back was heavy. . . it felt oddly like bones. She went to furrow her brows, but couldn't. Storm panicked and tried to rip free. Everything turned into a chaotic mess, the other Nequus' mind noting the disturbance. She was pushed out, quickly, but surely, they bombarded her with their emotions, but she had escaped, back the way she came.

She jerked her head back, and shook her whole body, opening her eyes to make sure it was her form, and not his. "I think. . ." she said with a stammer. "I won't try that one again."

There was only one other idea she could think of, so she tried again, this time with her eyes completely open. She wouldn't be caught forever in another's soul. She kept her own mind a great distance away, but toyed with his thoughts, giving them things to see if they'd respond. She mainly gave them pictures, of her fruit tree, and the human settlement. One of Brakrin and Attia torturing a colt, that was more like a small clip. Once she felt enough was sent she receded completely into herself and let out a sigh. The ordeal was all very tiring and she didn't know how much more she could take, but it was all so interesting.

TawnyAngel
The black-coated Aeri took a step backwards as something - Storm, it had to be her - pressed into his mind again. Moments later she was gone again leaving the stallion's mind tingling oddly in the wake of the intruder.

Before he could open his mouth to ask her what she had been doing, the world vanished before him. Before him was a tree, it was strange and one he had never seen before but oddly familier. Soon that too was pulled aside, replaced with humans and their buildings. Lucius was sure he hadn't moved, his body felt perfectly still and there was no way anything could move him so swiftly in any case and-

Two black bae and a colt, screaming. They seemed to be enjoying the young being's pain. Snorting loudly, the aeri surged towards the pair.

Two paces on, that too was gone and he was standing before the white-winged seer once more. The red-maned stallion skidded to a halt and cast about widly for a moment before turning back to Storm.

"That... that was you as well," he said. It wasn't a question. "Who were those monsters?... It little matters I suppose," he muttered. "If I ever see those creatures they will live just about long enough to regret it."

Kealdrana Sasaiuni
A smile came her lips, her ears perked forward with new-gained excitement. The other had helped her improve her mood in more ways than he knew. Not necessarily for trying, but for lack thereof. She, of course, learned nothing of what she wanted. She knew no further how to pry into another's mind and read its deepest secrets, only how to send images. Not yet words. Didn't they say something?

A view of the world from atop a mountain can never be described even with a thousand words? So maybe she shouldn't concentrate on voicing her thoughts, but rather feeling them. All this seer business seemed like a bunch of heartfelt emotions and reactions. It was a bit to over the top for her liking, but it could prove to be useful, so she would keep at it.

She looked at him fiercly. Of course it mattered! If he knew who they were, he'd be on the lookout. It made her body relax some more. She needed as many allies against them as possible. She knew what had happened. A little fruit free was sprouting on the North quadrant. It was sprouting dismay. Sons and daughters of the idiots who ran cowardly.

She tried to voice herself. Perhaps if instead of sending words, she sent them as a sound with an image. She pictured herself, using reflections from water in witch she'd caught a glimpse, and voiced herself saying two names. Attia and Brakrin. She sent him images of the beginnings of their brood as well, the buds just starting to grow on the tree as it began to intertwine with itself, mother watching it all occur. "It doesn't bode well."

TawnyAngel
Lucius was more prepared for the images she sent him this time and nodded to her words as the twining tree faded from his eyes. "Not at all... One could hope that tehy will not turn out like their parents but that is something of a fool's hope." Doubtless the parents will raise the foals to be as souleless as they themselves are.

"It would be better for the world at large if the parents were removed once the foals are born," Lucius commeneted. "Then at least they would ahve some chance of growing up to be more that their sadistic parents."

But what were the chances of that? Slim to none, the bone-clad Aeri thought grimly as the image of the tortured colt flashed through his mind once more.

Kealdrana Sasaiuni
Storm nodded, knowing she wasn't the only one now that knew the two needed to be removed from the world. She thought of killing them herself, but with her current position she couldn't possibly for fear their pain might wash over to her. That could cause her own death, and it wasn't wise. Besides, there were two of them, and only one of her. Attia had a tree, she was dangerous as well, nothing can stop a mother's passion for their children.

"Indeed. All we can do is stop them before they have their 'fun.'" With that she turned and sped away, beating her wings against the air to gain altitude. She wasn't sure where she was going, but she needed to think.
