3:47 PM I've been finding it sort of unsettling how the Wonders seem to know what it is you need and find it. Huge data point that the twin gets a telepathy earring. I don't like it. Like a feed algorithm for your ******** soul. 3:48 PM Have you noticed, or maybe it's too early to ask, whether you find these kinds of things consistently in the same places? 3:50 PM Or I guess in other words can you start looking out to see if that happens? You know how you kinda gut instinct feel the draw to an item, I'm trying to figure out if it's the item itself or the place where you find it, if that makes sense.

4:18 PMI honestly have no idea, and have wondered the same. I know non-Earth Wonders can be adjacent or maybe even connected. There's quite a bit of woods and water all around the Garde that make it pretty isolated, and I've never tried leaving it, although I've taken a boat out pretty far. That intuition thing again. It feels weird when I try to go too far, and maybe you can overcome that, but I've never bothered trying. I don't really want to know. I like not having neighbors. 4:20 PM If it follows real-life geography you're going to be walking a hell of a long way, though, and also going to have to figure out how to cross the Channel or the ocean or something. 4:21 PMIt can't follow it, though. I've met Earth Knights named after places that don't exist, and I've met a Cosmos Knight named after a place on Earth. So I'm not sure how it works.

4:35 PM.... anyway, yeah. 4:36 PM I met a Camelot and a Hy-Brasil and I have heard of someone named Valhalla. I mean obviously they exist in the sense that they're Wonders. What I mean is no normal person is gonna be able to point to Camelot or Valhalla on a map of Earth, unless they're pointing to Caerleon for the first one or something or Tintagel if they think they're ******** clever, so there's no way the geography holds up like it does to us here and now.

See if it's full of valkyries or whatever 4:35 PMthat's a good point tho. i hadn't thought about that, about not-real places counting as wonders. maybe it's like, if it's real in the cultural imagination or whatever that counts? even if you can't point to it on a map? 4:37 PManyway, sorry, i'm rambling 4:37 PMmaybe we could do an experiment. get like, a bazillion miles of string or something, tie it around our wrists, and then stand next to each other and go to our wonders and follow the string? or see if the string breaks??

4:38 PM I admire your scientific mind but that seems like a great way to lose an arm. 4:40 PMMight be less dangerous, albeit less exciting and probably more difficult, to just ask around and see if you can find anyone with neighboring Earth Wonders. 4:43 PM I asked Nail and he says there weren't any Wonders very close to the Garde in his time, so I definitely at least do not have neighbors. I'll ask him if he remembers how far away a place called Blarney was, too. He has a good memory for beautiful women, so if he ever met your ancestor I think he'd remember it. Whether he will remember the map I can't say.
