Wanted to ring in the Winter Solstice with some Yuletide Blessings!
General Breeding Information
Please read this: Breeding Rules & Information
Some, but not all, of the information in that link can be found here as well!
All breeding raffles are Ticket Style. This means that each player will enter individually and receive a single ticket into the raffle.
Each player can only post once, per raffle
These pets do not count towards any Event Win Limits.
Each player's post must have a minimum of one eligible breeding form, and they may fill up the post with as many forms as may fit!
Players may edit their post/forms up until close, in which case the thread will be locked and no further changes can be made.
The Colorist(s) will roll winners
If the winning player only posted a single entry, then the Colorist will automatically choose that pet to win the raffle.
If the winning player has multiple pets in the post, then the Colorist will decide which pet will win the raffle.
The Colorist will then announce and quote winner(s), posting their chosen pets at the end of the raffle.
Players may only be rolled once! However, you may win additional breedings should your pets be listed in other players posts!
The cost of this breeding is: free! However, if you wish to tip, you are welcome to send along a trade.
It is possible to obtain double wins for your pets -- for example, if one owner lists a couple and they win; and the other owner also lists the same couple, and they also win, such is the spirits will!
You must create Breeding Agreements before you enter raffles. There are some rules about what can and cannot be included in the agreement, but generally speaking it shows that all parties are okay with their characters being included in a raffle!
Rogue breedings don't require agreements! However, if you've already made an agreement with that pet, you will need to break the agreement before you enter as a rogue!
Self-Pairs don't require agreements unless making them Fated Mates -- then you will need to make sure you create one.
You must fill out the form in its entirety.
Uncerts are not required but useful.
You may edit your post until closing.
Staff will notify you if something seems amiss in your entry upon winning. This could result in disqualification or re-rolling the slot if your form isn't set up correctly!
If a mistake happens while running a raffle, and someone's couple or name doesn't wind up on the list, please be understanding! You may let staff know there was an issue with the list but don't expect a re-roll or an auto-win because of human error. We're only human and are doing the best we can!
Titles, RP Crystals, and RPs must be equipped by the time the raffle closes. If you forget, that's too bad. Remember, some enhancements may not guarantee anything -- they may simply grant higher chances. Titles and Crystals must be owned by the person entering the ticket!
Pet Expectations
Rogue Breedings will result in one (1) offspring, with a 5% chance for two (2) minimum
Couple or Poly Breedings will result in two (2) offspring, with a 5% chance for three (3) minimum
Players can only keep one pet per breeding win; if you win double (or more) breedings of the same entrant(s) in the raffle, you can only keep one pet from each set!
Extra breeding offspring can be obtained by equipping Titles, specific RP Crystals, declaring Fated Mates, and through linked RP!
Any additional offspring in a breeding set win should be homed to other players -- in cases of poly-groups where there could be 3+ players, it is up to everyone to decide who keeps what and when. Staff will not get involved -- figure it out beforehand.
If your pets have blessing/curses or traits/magic that aren't part of the breed standard, please understand they are not guaranteed to pass down to the offspring! Offspring will be randomized behind the scenes to see how many traits they inherit. It cold be 0, 1, 2, or at most, 3! This maximum includes any RP Crystals or Titles that might change breeding roll outcomes.
Additionally, there are edit limits. If your pet has a bunch of edits, remember that the offspring will likely not have an equal amount!
Breedings are what we call Disney-Style: The offspring will individually be the base breed of one parent, or the other. For rogue breedings, there is a chance that one or two of the offspring will be a random CC breed. For poly breedings, the colorist will roll to find out which parents bases are used among the listed taurs.
Colorists will interpret breedings offspring as they see fit. Each colorist has their own style. Also, not every colorist has the same program or brushes, so some markings might look differently.
Edits may be interpreted into new items i.e. ear-rings could be turned into bracelet. Pets on a femme base might also inherit some sort of item or top to cover their chest that neither parent has originally. Just because a parent has full-armor does not mean the resultant offspring will get it. The offspring could wind up with none at all, or pieces of armor, depending on the other parent(s).
