Super Sailor Scout Attack: Gentle Speech

The need to be gentle hits them with it, forcing them to pause in any violent actions they may be committing and making them hesitate to commit more. This attack lasts for 35 seconds, has a radius of ten feet, and has two uses.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Gentle Wind
Stribor speaks his attack, and a swirl of soft, but noticeably stronger wind than before picks up. The magic carries a physical compulsion to resist violence, to be gentle. The wind seems to slow down any violent movements that might still struggle to make it through the compulsion to lay down their weapons/stay your magic and focus instead on being careful and gentle towards their enemies. This attack lasts for 45 seconds, has a radius of twelve feet, and has one use.
Deep Space Senshi:Physical Features: Rabbit ears, little rabbit tail, and fuzzy feets with only four toes each.
Backstory/History: Dewey was raised in the elite of society, born to highborn parents and pampered all his life. Eventually, however, he grew restless, wanted to see the rest of the world, and not just the opulence that the high society wanted him to see. He was, after all, Senshi to the entire planet. But he had to get sneaky—and eventually, he discovered the horrific truth of the poverty that plagued his world, and the civil war happening. He managed to join the side of the revolution, but even there, there existed more lies wrapped in sweet words dripping in honey from the top people running it. Everything was a mess, and it was hard to know what to listen to.
At least Chaos put a stop to it all—as it overran the planet, interrupting the war, Stribor was forced into a safe house, and then darkness blanketed everything. He fell into a deep sleep, held in stasis by the last vestiges of the planet's magic.
He woke to a song in his starseed that he followed to Earth.
