These slots will be open for submissions until: Wednesday, May 1st. I will be rolling sometime in the evening.

I am open for:

2 Anything-goes Slots and one for Newbies only*!

Each interested person should post a gif they enjoy to claim a slot!

** For the purpose of this opening, Newbies are people with three or less characters. Anything-Goes means anything that can be gotten through regular means, including growths, and not things you can only get through bribes or auctions. These may be paid for with Crown Tokens, Staff Credits, or Gaia Gold. (I will pay for the newbie with my own staff credits)

Refer a newbie to get an extra raffle ticket! Just have them mention being referred by you in their post **

Please be aware that you will not be able to play a new character until the profile is fully approved and stamped by the moderator staff. This means that things like spheres, weapons and names can be subject to change if they are taken or don’t fit our guidelines.

If you need help with any of this, you are free to PM me here on gaia or contact me on discord at SaraGreene#1984! I am happy to help you through the process of creating a profile and getting the basics of the shop rules down. The person who referred you is also a great resource!

Notes:

You may enter anything I can do outside of an auction or event. This includes growths, crown token claims, staff credit, gold-custom new or alt powered, new or alt civ. I'm basically lumping gold customs in with claims or growths. You may however only get one piece of art, so its customs OR growths OR alts, not one of each. (this does not include unique art)

Character types can be; Sailor Senshi, Negaverse officers, Dark Mirror Senshi, Knights, Chibi Senshi, Corrupt Senshi and Civilians! (the newbie slots are not for Vanguard, half youma, full youma, or guardian cats)

As a reminder, new powered art and alt powered art are 1billion gold (100 platinum), if you are using gold to pay with. Other acceptable payments are crown tokens and staff credits, or the general payment of any growth.
A growth must be ready to go if you are entering for it here, since I will start work immediately (same as if you came to me privately asking me to take on your growth).
You may not enter for a particular slot if you are on the Art Cooldown Registry for that art type. ie: new character or alternate civilian etc
All entrants must have their quests posted in the Application Quests subforum, or the Approved Quest subforum if seeking a new character. It does not have to be approved, but it has to at least be posted and completely filled out.

The exception is someone brand new to the shop, who may not have a profile ready to go. You have 48hrs from winning a slot to have the basics of a profile set up so I can work on the character.
Guardian Cats, Vanguard, half youma, and full youma are not available via these customs for gold, but may be claimed with crown tokens or staff credit.
These slots are for one piece of art. This means civilian art is not included with new powered art, even if you claimed it with tokens or credits. You may however enter for the civ art on the next raffle opening if you win.
You do not have to be the end owner of whatever you purchase here; meaning you can buy for someone else, rather than yourself. Keep in mind, the end owner is usually the one put on cooldown, so make sure whomever it is, isn't on cooldown when you purchase for them or the slot will be given to someone else. (or in some cases, won't be allowed maybe? idk) The end owner should not also be entering in these slots; no upping chances for anyone with extra tickets!
I am quite happy to do all or no colorist choice on forms, have no preference for chaos or order characters, and will do chibis.
Blue will be reviewing my work at each stage to make sure everything is up to standard for the shop as I am still new here! This can add time to your slot so please keep that in mind.
You will get one WIP from me; a sketch of the design with flat colors. It is at this point that you may make all the changes you want to it until its perfect. (keep in mind uniform guidelines please!) Once you approve the sketch, I will finish the art. Once you have received the finished piece, the only changes you will be able to make are to the colors of an element. I will not be changing the lines at this point.
Newbies (aka low-count people, with two or less characters, civ or powered), will get two tickets, so make sure to note that in your post! (doesn't matter if you are going for new, alt or growth art) I am willing to cover any newbies that win with my own staff credits to qualify as a credit claim.
If you entered my slots in previous openings and didn't win, link your posts and you'll get an extra ticket!
If you entered my slots last time and you won, you can't enter this one, to give others a chance.
The order of the rolling list is arbitrary and may not be done in first-come-first-served. Because of past issues, I may randomize the list completely before I start rolling.

You do not need to post what you're entering for unless you would like to. Once you win, I will ask that you PM me all of your information, including relevant links to quests, journals, etc and template choice(s).

I would like these ASAP so I can start working on them, please. I won't chase you down for the info and if I don't have it in 48 hours, I'll reroll your slot and give it to someone else.

IF I DID THE 1ST OR 2ND STAGE ART FOR YOUR CHARACTER: you may drop a note here in my work slot thread to claim a work slot outside of a normal opening. (this also includes characters going third stage where I only did first stage art, not the second, and art where I collaborated on the final product.)

If I did not do their past art, you may still try for a work slot through the raffle openings! Limiting this option is just to keep my work list manageable while also picking up more growths.

I will confirm your growth claim when I have the space/time to take it on, and you can then consider the slot 'official'. I can't guarantee that I will always be immediately available to do it, so this thread will also function as a sort of wait list, if need be. I don't want to automatically take a bunch of growths and potentially burn myself out.

This also means that you don't have to post the full form here. Simply post with a link to where you claimed the growth in the upgrade thread, and when I confirm the work slot, I will have you PM me the full information on the growth.

I reserve the right to close this option at any point if the demand is so high I can't manage it, or if I need to pause this sort of work to do a different sort.
