To help keep track of foxes entering tribes and make sure that a Joining Encounter/Confirmation has been completed, it is required that new tribe members post the form below and receive public confirmation from the tribe's owner.
Please read the rules carefully and post your fox for approval before acquiring their official mods.
Rules are subject to change!
The only ones posting here should be the owners of pets officially joining an official tribe or tribe owners confirming/rejecting members. Anyone else's posts won't count. Those posts will be ignored and deleted. This thread should not be used by test tribes.
Approval quotes from a tribe owner do not replace Joining Encounters/Confirmations. Any and all requirements to join a tribe (Joining Encounters/Confirmations + any additional requirements a tribe owner sets) must still be completed before or after approval is received to join a tribe. Approval quotes serve as a way of letting staff know that: 1) the tribe owner is aware of the new tribe member, 2) the tribe owner's approval/denial of the pet attempting to join their tribe.
Don't mess with the form. Just fill it out and post it.
Forms should be posted in this thread. There's no need to PM us your forms or anything like that. Just post them here. Multiple forms can be posted within one post if they all are for the same tribe. Once a tribe owner confirms/declines the request a new post should be made for any further additions to the tribe.
There are two forms: one to request to join, and one to log your Joining Encounter/Confirmation. Players can post both forms together if the pet's Joining Encounter/Confirmation RP is complete at the time of posting.
No bribing, whining, complaining, crying, etc. We're all adults/teenagers here, so let's act like 'em, alright?
Tribe owners must quote each Joining Request post with their approval/denial. To complete the official approval or denial, the tribe owner must quote the post with their answer. Joining Encounter/Confirmation forms do not need a quote.
Tribe owners can choose to decline requests. Ideally, it's best to speak to the owner of the tribe before posting here. If an owner declines a joining request please accept it graciously.
All members should be posted here for approval, regardless of when they joined. While the thread was created 10/13/2021, all those belonging to an official tribe must receive approval here for the shop's official logs.

Q: Who do I quote in the case of tribes with more than one owner?
A: The username with a * beside it indicates they will be the one to quote and approve joining tribe members.
Q: Can joining encounter/confirmations be self-RPs (SRP)?
A: Yes, as long as they meet the requirements we've set for joining encounters/confirmations!
