Plots and RPs
All of my characters are open for RP! I really enjoy doing little one-off adventures that accomplish some sort of task.
I deeply, deeply love plots, whether they be short-term or convoluted long-term plots! Feel free to suggest if you have anything in mind! I really love brainstorming and back-plotting.
Relationships-wise, I am super open to putting my characters through the wringer. They can experience heartbreak of all sorts! As for long-term commitments for them, I would definitely want some sort of fun plot attached and to make sure our characters (and we) are a good fit in RP!

The essence
She is a born fighter, and you know it. From the way she's built to the way the mere hint of a brawl can make her rise confidently to her feet, Iro makes it known that she'll never back down from a challenge - especially when it comes to her fists pummeling someone's face. Whether it's an innate rage or the chip on her shoulder that's fueling her, she will happily charge into battle when given the right reasons.
But for all her ferocity and tenacity in battle, Iro is what you would call a lazy piece of crap. She will do and say just about anything to get out of making an effort, and left to her own devices, would probably love to just lie in a hammock all day doing the things that she really enjoys - playing dice games and telling bombastic tales of her childhood.
A bit of an anarchist at heart, Iro does not do particularly well with instruction. Her first instinct whenever she is told to do something is to do the exact opposite. She has nothing but a kind “up yours” for anyone who thinks themselves her superior, though she’ll say it with a sincere laugh and invite them to join her for a game a second later. Short-term memory is her friend when it comes to such "affronts," and everything is just water under the bridge for Iro. She’s fairly loyal and supportive of her “friends” (that is, whichever crew she happens to be with at the moment), and can generally be counted on for her help in a pinch - so long as she thinks it was her idea to help.

Child of the Sun
The essence
Oduin’s presence is like the sun - it’s uplifting and full of light, but stay in it too long, and it becomes bright enough to burn. He is very much a creature of the light, drawn to the outdoors and to people like a moth to flame. There’s much to be grateful for in life, and Oduin makes a point to remember the positives and help lift others up. Few are the moments in which Oduin is not laughing or making someone else laugh, and he endeavors to live his life in the happiest way he can. But while some might bask in his glow and natural affinity for making new friends, others may find themselves overwhelmed by the sheer force of his desire to please. With his outward focus and natural ease with others, Oduin often finds himself unintentionally drawing the spotlight onto himself, even when he’s attempting to do just the opposite.

The essence
Ahio is a whirlwind of restless energy, there one minute and gone the next. His compulsion to be almost constantly on the move makes him unreliable at best, and promises made are only rarely promises kept when it comes to this distractable Kawena. He is possessed of an innate charisma and easygoing charm that usually help him wriggle out of deeply offending those he leaves hanging, but it also means that surface-level friendships tend to be a staple in his life. Most of the people who know him have long since stopped relying on him for anything, allowing him to pursue a life driven by whims that have taken him all the way from Hota to the farthest reaches of Tamar.

- Reeling from heartbreak after his childhood friend and first love Pekelo finds out that he has been betrothed to someone else - Met Ikaika, a lost Menehuene youngling, and volunteered to help escort him back to the surface

The essence
Aelyn does not have time for your crap. A deeply empathetic soul with a strong moral compass and unwavering sense of right and wrong, she will not hesitate to call out perceived injustice or bluntly state her strongly-formed opinions. The word "tact" is sorely missing from her vocabulary. She will gladly butt heads with anyone who chooses to rile her, and rather than picking her battles, Aelyn will enthusiastically engage in every argument or point of contention that comes her way. That's not to say she enjoys being difficult for the sake of it. Rather, she is quick to spot inequity and cruelty and simply will not stand idly by when she has the ability to address it, whether it be through words or decisive action. Aelyn's existence is one of embracing causes, and her support for things she finds worthy of attention is both vocal and no-holds-barred, even if her attention span may not be exceptionally enduring. She is both devoted and fearsome in her defense of her kindred spirits and loves nothing more than to embrace the underdog in any given situation.

The essence
Boisterous and naughty and utterly without shame, Ylva rails against boundaries like it's nobody's business. She is incredibly bright but prefers to use her smarts to live a life on the edge of chaos. She particularly enjoys treating the deflection of rules (whether through logical loopholes or physical escape) as a game, an intellectual puzzle from which she derives endless enjoyment. Indeed, this loving but impish child needs almost constant entertainment. She has more energy than any child has a right to harbor in such a small body and has a knack for turning any boring chore or study into a game (often with disastrous outcomes). She is also a natural leader who is annoyingly good at inciting chaos and convincing the other younglings to do her dirty work for her.
(She is basically a border collie in a Vandrean body.)

Drifting Storyteller
The essence
Na'au has spent her whole life trapped between two cultures, a frustrating in-between that leaves her feeling like she doesn't belong in either. She finds herself constantly misunderstood her relatives, Hapuna and Moakai alike, as if hers is a life story that unfolds on its own, unable to fit in the tried-and-true cultural tropes and expectations of either side. As a result, she has grown to be something that helps her find some semblance of peace in a world that seems determined to overlook her unique experience. Na'au is an ardent listener, keen to hear and probe and ask meaningful questions whenever she engages with someone else's life story. She's creative and imaginative and loves to tell stories, using them as an escape of sorts whenever she's struggling to find her place in the world. Still, she has a bit of a short fuse when it comes to perceived insensitivity, and she can be blunt in her retort whenever she feels like someone is looking to be hurtful.
