Sailor Scout Attack: Penguin Slide
Energy that looks like a penguin made of ice slides on it’s belly at the enemy. This doesn’t do a whoooole lot of damage, but there is a chance that it will knock the enemy over. It disappears right after being used. Can go about 7-8ft in front of her. If it misses, it fades away immediately. If it makes contact, it disappears upon touching the enemy. Lasts about 25 seconds or less. 3 uses. Can cause enemy to fall and result in scrapes or bruising.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Super Penguin Slide
Energy that looks like two separate penguins made of ice slide on their bellies at the enemy. Instead of them both traveling in a straight line, they are both released at a starting point (In front of Abeosamu) and move, one to the left, and the other to the right in small opposing arcs, mirror images of each other, reaching the same finishing point, hopefully knocking the enemy over. So in the end, each penguin made half a circle. It does slightly more damage than the first attack. There is a higher chance of knocking the enemy over. It disappears right after being used. Can go about 7-8 ft in front of Abeosamu. If it misses it disappears immediately. If it makes contact, it disappears upon touching the enemy. So it’s possible for a penguin to make only part of an arc and disappear before reaching the finishing point. Lasts about 25 seconds or less. 2 uses. Can cause enemy to fall and result in scrapes or bruising.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Penguin Huddle
This attack, is healing move. Energy in the form of lots of blue penguins huddle around Sailor Abeosamu or the person/persons she is trying to heal. Their warm healing energy can return a bit of health to a person. For a bit of health, she restores stamina. Whoever she's healing could hang in there a little longer during battle. So a physical and mental boost. This could result in small wounds like scrapes cuts disappearing, and adding to a person's determination. Can go anywhere from close by to 8ft away. Lasts about 25 seconds. 1 use.

Noelle lay flopped on her bed, and anxiety weighing on her chest. She had never been this nervous. She rolled around in her pile of stuffed animals, trying her best to get comfortable so she could think. How could something she thought was previously an isolated event on her homeworld, now be something that had appeared here too in Destiny City. It couldn’t be mere coincidence could it? Surely not. She sighed, looking back over what had happened in the previous couple months.

She made a few trips back to Abeosamu, her homeworld. It was a beautiful and yet cold planet. A world with one only one major continent. A large snow covered land with only a few smaller surrounding islands. The rest of the planet was a vast ocean and icebergs. The cities that dotted the snowy landscape were all under large domes. Something like a snow globe if you will. With temperature regulation and protection against some of the wild creatures that inhabited the planet.

It was a mix of magic and tech. Quite a wondrous invention. The main capital was the largest Dome and it was one of the Wonders on this planet. Like the others, it was still cool on the inside, but not nearly as frigid as the outside. Travel between cities could be done in one of two main ways. Either underground through the ice cave tunnels that housed the sub/railway. Sleek cars traveling quickly through the ice; a whole network of them. The other option was exiting the dome and traveling above ground. But this takes a lot of effort and supplies, and many layers of clothing. Only the royal family is really used to the full effects of this climate and can withstand the freezing temperatures with ease. Flying isn’t easy in the harsh winds, so walking is really your only other option.

On one of the chibi scout’s patrols she had noticed what appeared to be a break in the crystal glass of the largest city's Dome. But upon further inspection, she noticed it was actually flaking apart. The snow on the outside was dirty and gray. When she touched it she realized it was actually ash. Almost like something has burned in a fire. But it was snow! How could this be? When she called a crew to repair it they noticed the temperature regulation was gradually starting to have issues as well. And the chibi sailor scout began to panic. Her people depended on that barrier. So far there had been no signs of life outside. But if something should try to get in? She was worried. At first she figured it would be an easy fix. But as time went on the ‘crack’ began to grow.

And that’s when she heard news of another similar incident. In a coastal area of the continent, near the harbor where there was an undersea aquarium. Something of a tourist attraction really. But many citizens would go there and wander the icy underwater halls where one could view the sea life. Occasionally a research sub would come swimming by too. Quite the sight for anyone looking to be easily mesmerized and dazzled by the beautiful views. But recently sea life had been scarce; no fish or anything really. Ashy eaten-away seaweed would float up to the surface on occasion.

Ohh! What was she going to do?! She needed to get help. And the only place she could figure to do that was back on Earth. Which is why she was now lying on her bed. She was waiting. Waiting for a certain someone to return to her with hopefully good news. Pyper her Guardian cat.

Here in Destiny City there had also been grey ashy landscape. The public parks and greenhouses, and even some private gardens had been blocked off. Human-shaped goopy monsters were attacking and Noelle had no idea what to do. Who could she turn to? She didn’t really have many senshi friends. She sighed, biting her nails as she anxiously awaited Pyper.

Pretty soon a fluffy white puffball with an eyepatch had entered through the open window.

“Well what did you find?” Noelle asked, practically hanging on the edge of her seat.

“We are going to have to go out and look together. I couldn’t find much by myself. But don’t worry. I’m sure everything will be fine,” the white maine coone answered as she nudged Noelle along.

“I was…afraid you’d say that…” The girl quietly rolled out of the bed and made a few preparations before heading out for ‘walk’. But she was determined, and on a mission. Help was out there. She just had to find it. (WC: 781)
