A forest surrounds the academy grounds, filled with natural wildlife. A good place to sneak off to at night.

The loud snores of a sleeping Witch disrupted the tranquil mood of the beautiful forest just outside the school. The noisy witch hung upside down from a tree, her legs were bent over the closest thick branch she could reach incase the branches that ensnared her decided to release her while she slept. Althea’s hair was riddled with leaves, small twigs, and whatever small critters that wanted a warm fluffy bed for the night. Her hair was just long that it was only a foot and a half from touching the ground. The loud snores originated from her mouth that was open wide, and a steady flow of drool goosed from her mouth, leaving a moist trail run up her forehead. She appeared to be fine, a few bruises and scratches on her body, but nothing horrible that would tear her from her deep….deep slumber.
A thin wooden board in the shape of a skateboard without wheels stuck straight up from the dirt just beneath her. A small brown snail casually travels about the board on one of it’s daily adventures for tasty food, leaving behind a glistening slimy trail on the smooth surface of the board. The board stood patiently for it’s master to wake up.
A few trinkets and bottles fell out from her jacket whenever she made the slightest movement. The small crimes and thuds alerted her purple eight-legged friend, who was slightly groggy to step out from his cozy den in her hair. He seemed unphased in the state she was in, perhaps a little disappointed. He casually climbed down her hanging hair and leaped to the board that barely brushed the ends of her hair. He moved quickly and cautiously looked down as he moved down the board. How knows what hungry spider eating predators lingered about… He retrieved the fallen items and quickly hurried back up the board and onto her hair. He carefully placed them back into her jacket and slipped some spider silk over them to keep them from falling out again. He began to make his way back to his cozy den when he stopped to look at her horrible sleeping face, he slightly shivered when he looked at the glistening trail of drool on her forehead. He moved closer to her face and extended out one of his front legs to poke one side of her nostrils shut.
She let out a sleepy laugh in response but still remained in her deep slumber. He was tempted to wrap her up in silk, bit knew how cranky she would be about removing the sticky webs from her hair. Bugs were already getting stuck in her hair, adding spider silk would make her hair the ultimate spider buffet. He continued to poke her nostril, amused by the varies sounds that she made while she slept.
