You can't because it's an NPC account. Anything with a coloured name can't be ignored. I think (don't quote me on this since it's not mods' territory; just heard this around Site Feedback/SQ&A) she goes rogue due to some glitch somewhere and sometimes sends out messages even though the account has been around for a while.

Although, please don't report those PMs. The reports go to the mod team, which are volunteers, and there's nothing we/they can do about it. It's not a Terms of Service violation, and mods have nothing to do with the site's integrity or NPCs. Just delete the PMs when you see them.
