The Sins are infusions of sentient emotions that lodge into their host and merge with them. If you host a Sin, you are the Sin. One who holds Greed is the Sin of Greed. Lore and information about them is in the World's Lore, and specific info about them can be found in each of their entries.

Note: Most of these sins are heavily WIP. You cannot use an unfinished sin until it has been finished, but you may do the quest to obtain it.

All sins have 4 stages, which are progressed through like marks. Unlike Marks however, they are not progressed through by story progression, but instead by writing an increased amount of words per stage - 3,000 for 2, 4,000 for 3, 5,000 for stage 4. A total of 12,000 words. These words must be done in solo-quest style, or with someone running NPCs for a quest, though only your own words count.

Sins cannot be combo'd with God Marks. They are mutually exclusive. Once you arrive at Stage Three of a Sin, you cannot have gene mods.

THE SIN OF AVARICE:

LUST

As the Sin and you merge, everything within you begins to change. It begins with echoes of want, cravings that appear within your body; desires you never thought you had. Sex becomes necessary in order to survive as you have up until this point, and you cannot any longer live through the days as you did before. Those around you become drawn to you - it is even greater than the pull by the Incubus and the Succubus, for it transcends power dynamics and creeps into the hearts of even the strongest and the most resolute. As Lust, you try as you can to prevent things from even getting to an altercation. You prefer numbing a would-be foe's mind with pleasure and keeping them docile and infatuated with you. You, in a way, are infatuated with them too. The mortal body becomes a thing much more beautiful than before, and you need it more than you ever knew.

As Lust, you want your desires to be fulfilled. But more than that, you want control, a micro-managed environment where things go your way. You want to rule over those who desire you and are desired in return, and let your wills become the reality of the world. Lust is one of the least malevolent sins by nature, but one should never underestimate the definitive ability to coerce whoever and whatever you want.

As you progress in this sin's stages, you learn to control your needs and compulsions - ones that once ravaged you and forced your body to action - and instead harbor and control the desires of others, making you the one in control of the power dynamic forged by love and lust.

▰ ▰ ▰ [Strengths]

• Greater energy bonuses than most other Sins. At Stage One, +1000. Stage Two, +2250. Stage Three, +3500. Stage Four, +4500.
• A well-rounded boost in stats; +1/+1, then at stage 2, +2/+2. At stage three, your stats are boosted by +2/+3.
• Bonuses and modifiers to your primary school of abilities applies to Lust's abilities, as Lust is merely a sinful manifestation of your own power.

▰ ▰ ▰ [Weapon: Abraxas]

Lust's weapon, Abraxas, is highly unique. Since Lust can manipulate reality (as we see with the ability Illusions), their weapon can also be molded by their mind. Their weapon appears as a clear weapon with a colorful aura, that of a flowing spiral of colors racing across the canvas of the weapon. It is of a material more durable and more powerful than any other weapon's material. It can change from a knife to a blade to even full body armor. Furthermore, the weapon can even incorporate sentience into it. The weapon automatically returns to the user when they will it to. It possesses one unique, exceptional ability.

Monsters C-SS
With this ability, the weapon can become a transparent (but fully capable) monster from the Codex, leaving the side of the user and fighting as a beast. It can incorporate a codex creature of equal rank to the spell, and the creature may use each of their skills once before their falsely generated energy pool depletes. The weapon may only be one creature at a time, so you can't create an army of codex beasts by spamming this skill.

▰ ▰ ▰ [Passives]

Desires
As the manifestation of lust and desire on the mortal plane, you - being Lust - are capable of sensing a magnitude of wants and desires. You can sense sensual desire, anger, greed, etc. and magnify all of these emotions naturally. It is simple to you, like thinking or breathing, to be able to tap into someone's mind and inflate their emotions to a critical state. A small swelling of lust can become an unbearable desire, while a flash of anger can result in a violent reaction. You can shape the minds of those around you by inciting their innermost, sinful feelings.

Bonds
As Lust, you may latch on to one who holds desires for you and turn them into something known as the 'Source of Pleasure'. It is a powerful bond between Lust and one other that dramatically enhances their coordination and duel-capability in combat. The two of them share a tether that allows them to draw from one another's energy pools, while also allowing one to cast spells from the focal point of the other's body (thus allowing for uniquely dangerous combinations), while not harming their ally. They both become entirely immune to each other's attacks and can use the tether to move to one another at a rate exceptionally faster than regularly allowed by their speed.

There are abilities that use this tether to their advantage. As a note, the tether is eternal once casted (though it can be changed to someone else, with exceptional difficulty and emotional turmoil) but it only manifests if the targets are within a thread. It does not appear unless you have energy sight.

Cravings
As Lust, everyone is attracted to you, regardless of sex, gender or orientation. Things that one never would have considered attractive before become attractive if you will it to be. This also is highly likely to prevent individuals from attacking you, regardless of your differences. Even an enemy in a war, even one directly ordered to take you out, will find it extraodinarily difficult to summate the desire to hurt you. Instead, they'll feel infatuation. This ability is a preventative measure if Lust wishes to avoid combat. It is not considered a mind-altering effect, so you cannot be immune to it.

▰ ▰ ▰ [Abilities]

Lust's illusion spells are NOT considered mind-altering effects. Especially as most of them are actually, to some degree, real.

Stage One Abilities
Connections C
Pulls Lust to the target they are tethered to extraodinarily quickly. That is all that this ability does.

Passions C
Passions is an ability that uses flared desires to disorient the foe momentarily. For a period of one post, their vision becomes so blurry they are essentially blind, their hearing is replaced by a constant pounding of successive sounds, and they grow delirious and almost neurotic.

Mantras D-SSS
Mantras is an ability of unique caliber. The user chooses an ability type to infuse into their mantra. For example, if they know the opponent uses fire, they would cast a Fire Mantra. The Mantra weaves into their body and massively increases their resistance to all attacks of that type, as long as they are of equal or lesser rank to the Mantra. It does not deflect or negate anything, just makes you nearly invulnerable to attacks of a single type. Only one mantra can be applied at one time, and it lasts for 4 posts. This is not "DR". Physical attacks can be chosen as a mantra to reduce damage from. However, they are divided into three categories: Piercing, blunt, slashing. Once a Mantra is cast, you have to wait for it to end (4 posts) before you can apply a different mantra with a different weave.

Note: You cannot make "Mantra: Holy Lightning" or "Mantra: Unholy Fire" or anything of the sort, only "Mantra: Lightning" - what I mean to say is that multi-elemental mantras are not allowed. Thus, someone with multi-elemental attacks can often bypass this, though a Holy Lightning attack will still have its damage dramatically reduced if striking a foe with a Mantra of Holy or Lightning.

Illusions B-SS
Lust creates what some call "illusions", though in truth they are rather specters of reality. These 'illusions' are echoes of what appears in Lust's mind, and can be casted with ease. For example, if Lust imagines that a powerful man with an axe is attacking you, they may cast that onto the field and you will have to hit it with an attack of equal rank to dispel it, also destroying the ability that contacted it. Each entity created requires a separate casting. Higher ranked specters of reality can have exceptionally high stats, and thus pressure can stack on the target of these visages of warped reality. Most of them are confined to only physical attacks, although those attacks can be close or long-ranged. Taking an attack from a high ranked specter can be lethal, and the danger is that they can continue to attack after hitting you, unlike a basic ability. They can also destroy techniques of a lower rank than them.

This is, as far as many can see it, one of the only forms of reality warping in Axiom.

Stage Two Abilities
- Hearing based abilities don't have to actually be heard; the sound frequencies are merely how the energy travels throughout the thread.
Whispers C
Whispers, ironic to its name, is a powerful scream. If a woman is Lust, then it sounds as if a horrible, high pitched wail similar to a Banshee's. If it is a man, then it is a low and deep intimidating roar. Whispers will demoralize the foe and make them question their reasonings for fighting someone as powerful as the Sin of Lust. For the next post, they will not perform any attacks whatsoever, only defenses. This also cancels any opposing charged abilities.

Desires B
This inspires an ally and automatically charges one of their abilities, even if it normally takes several posts of charging time. Furthermore, the ability will be enhanced by a rank if it is not already. If used on the tethered ally, it costs a rank less.

Echoes A
Echoes is a skill that forces an enemy to use a skill they have already used, again. It manifests as an even more powerful, commanding roar than Whispers, and can be heard for nearly a kilometer. This can only be done two times in a fight, but it must be obeyed. So, even if they used an SSS ability, they are forced to use it again in their post responding to this skill.

Lamentations A
Lamentations is another form of reality warping. It terraforms the battlefield to one of Lust's choosing, and the options are vast. When the original manifestation of Lust, Judie, came to be - this was an ability that tormented Fraxon greatly. She turned many beautiful villages around rivers into murky swamps filled with beasts and illnesses. She made farmlands into deserts. It took hundreds of years for the Fraxonians to fix their lands with magic, while Lamentations took but a moment.

With Lamentations, you may make wet marsh into beautiful vineyards, with a castle from fairy tales. You may make meadows and groves into areas of volcanic ash. This is the great danger that a malevolent Lust can unleash; the decimation of the world's natural habitat.

Stage Three Abilities
Pleasures A
This is a mostly non-combat ability, used as a preventative measure or merely a way of pleasuring Lust's partner. It is somewhat similar to the Incubus and Succubus seduction, but only somewhat. What it does is put the target into a state of primal euphoria; every pleasure they feel is amplified dramatically, and each touch by Lust is thrilling and enchanting, for both them and the Sin. They crave the Sin and want more from them, and they get more. Sexual relations with Lust in this state are more exceptional than one could imagine from another, and so the ability almost becomes addicting. Targets affected by Pleasures cannot harm or debilitate or hamper etc the Sin, but it is mutual. After the experience is over, both of them become a great deal more cordial to one another, unlikely to ensue any tensions violent or otherwise they might have held previously.

Names A-SSS
Names is an ability that channels power into the weapon Abraxas, giving attacks and defenses from it a rank. Considering Abraxas can shift into almost whatever shape it desires (within reason), this is a very useful and versatile attack/defense option.

Stage Four Abilities
Hearts S
An infection of power that enters the heart of a foe and, like a demon, tarnishes feelings they hold for another. Lust may quite literally kill love, even a love that is very strong. This is often used to turn allies against one another, followed by Minds or something to create a new alliance in place of an old, dying one. This schism can be recovered from after a time, but the damage to your feelings for a specific person is difficult to mend.

Minds S
This ability is a greater, more powerful form of Pleasures that can be cast from afar on eye contact. This is often called "mind sex" by some, and they would not be wrong. The minds of Lust and the target bond, and they engage in an experience more pleasurable than either could imagine. While in reality this experience lasts only a few seconds, the entrapped reality that exists in their minds experiences this as if it were an ordeal lasting for hours. After the experience, the target and Lust will have surely formed a bond, one that makes them unlikely to inhibit one another in any way.

Bodies SS, or S if the second part is not used
Lust's ultimate ability, placing the entire thread into an illusory pocket of reality. No one can enter or leave the thread after this has been used, and it lasts for the rest of the fight. They almost morph the area into their own 'realm', distinct from the rest of the world. All pleasure and desire is magnified greatly within this world, and once per fight, can be harnessed for the use of an exceptional ability. No matter what, this skill is SSS rank, but it is free (as it is basically just Bodies' finisher).

Desire and pleasure that exists within this world is quantified into a reddish haze of energy. The haze covers all the thread, intoxicating the air. Everyone within the thread, after this ability has been used, becomes invulnerable to all forms of damage. This even includes enemies. The haze is so powerful that it dismantles the prospect of death and harm itself, using desire as a conduit for god-like power. What you'll find then, when no one can be harmed, incapacitated, killed or contained, that the playing field is controlled by those with social and intellectual superiority: a playing field most certainly commanded by the Sin of Lust.

Often, this ability is used in the thick of a great battle, and by the end of it the host of Lust is walking away from a battle-turned-orgy. The haze and all that needn't be used, though, if you would merely like this ability to be used as a way of locking everyone into the thread.

GLUTTONY

Gluttony. Once branded by the sin of Gluttony, your viewpoint of the world becomes starkly different. It is a hunger that drives you forward, not petty greed or meek lust but rather a sort of ingrained ambition. Some would venture further, calling it a curiosity that demands you slake it's endless thirst. As you bond with the sin, and merge to one truly, this quest only gains momentum. It starts with small pleasures and hungers, weaker impulse control and the like. But when you move forward these impulses grow in nature and design. Mindlessly devouring all before you slows to a halt eventually, and becomes more of a small side effect. You hunger now for greater things. You seek to taste everything the world has to offer, both literally and not. The sin of gluttony consumes you the more you consume of Axiom's boundless experiences and flavors, however. The more you become full the more you become empty. Some seek to achieve a goal, but Gluttony sees no end in sight, nor does Gluttony want one. Gluttony only seeks to devour eternally.

▰ ▰ ▰ [Strengths]

• Grants a greater well of energy to the sin at each level. +750 at stage one, 1500 at stage two, 2250 at three, and finally 3000 at the end.
• A large boost to strength over speed is granted starting at +2/+1 at rank one, and then +4/+2 total at stage two.
• Bonuses and modifiers to your primary school of abilities applies to Gluttony's abilities, as Gluttony is merely a sinful manifestation of your own power.

▰ ▰ ▰ [The Weapon]

Gluttony's Weapon - Helliot

Weapon Type: A ghastly hook with a long chain made of a material that is unheard of, even by Elessia who was said to have seen countless dimensions, and unbreakable so far as the world is concerned.
Weapon Description: The Hook and chain itself radiates with a hunger much like that experienced by Gluttony itself throughout it's 100 foot length. The chain can be produced from anywhere, commonly from the wrist of the Sin.
Weapon Passive Abilities:

    • The Hunger - When this Chain comes in contact with an enemy or anything on their person (armor, shields etc.) they lose 50 points of energy, which are absorbed into the sin.

▰ ▰ ▰ [Passives]

Consume
It goes without saying that Gluttony bears the weight of it's sin very dearly, very obviously. It has to feed itself, be it by learning, by eating, by drinking. In combat, this manifests as a specific ability. Gluttony can consume the energy released in skills around itself to satisfy itself from a single target. During this state, they have increased clarity and a renewed vigor, and can sap 10% of the energy used. It is for this reason that Gluttony is extremely hard to keep down. As they consume the energy of attacks they become increasingly enticed and invigorated. It is better to try and kill the host of Gluttony outright, rather than try and whittle them down. Additionally, simply by touching a book or any source of Knowledge gluttony can absorb all of it at once.

Ambition
Gluttony is known to be of a singular mind set once it finds something to focus towards consuming or achieving. Outside of combat, Gluttony will stop at nothing, avoiding no methods to get what it wants no matter how macabre or evil. They have no moral compass. They cannot be considered evil, good, lawful or chaotic. They have no care for right or wrong. Instead, they only care for being sated. In combat, this translates to them gaining a sort of focus on something or someone until it has become killed, or something is more appealing. They will be undaunted, undistracted by anything until what they want is within their claws, teeth or otherwise.

Bottomless
Gluttony is quite literally a bottomless dark hole. They can eat and drink forever and never be full. This means that, yes, they are always hungry, always searching for more. Though it is not their only thought, it is a domineering one. Their mouth is powerful enough to literally carve into any material not made of energy, and have 15 strength. This, however, is not the true power of this passive. Within the body of the sin, if you were to be absorbed whole, is a world of darkness, full of anything that the host has consumed. Knowledge flows like wisps of air, an ocean of material seemingly falling forever. When Gluttony kills an opponent, their soul is consumed into Gluttony as well for free, adding their knowledge into the Sin as well as allowing them to use skills that they would be physically capable of doing (no bloodline skills, and nothing from another mark or sin.) You also cannot summon these people, or resurrect them unless gluttony frees their souls.

▰ ▰ ▰ [Skills]

Stage One Abilities

• Devour E-SS
Using the sin's own energy, any skill the sin can touch can be absorbed in it's entirety into the mouth of the sin and consumed, rendering them nonexistent entirely. This is a very powerful tool as it has no definitive range, drawing in any one skill to the mouth of the Sin, including defenses and the like.

• An Acquired Taste Varies
This skill is the one that is what led to Gluttony being recognized as an all consuming force that leaves behind nothing in it's path. It literally turns anything within range of Gluttony that is not of a higher rank than this skill, and/or alive (not including civilians), into something that the insatiable demon hungers for. At E rank, only a few feet around is applicable, but as the ranks increase, the range grows exponentially. At SSS, most of a district within a city could find itself being broken down, fundamentally changed into a form that suits the hunger of Gluttony. What is left behind afterwards is usually an area that is gray, ashen and void of life. It is said that an area consumed in this way by gluttony will be far more fertile, as is the opposite of what is to be expected. This is a double sided coin, however, as this will only draw the sin back.

• Excuse Me Depends on rank of skill Devoured.
This skill returns whatever Gluttony had absorbed into a massive wave of disgusting, corrosive bile. It entirely expels whatever Gluttony had eaten, regardless of size, based upon the rank of the skill used. Anything that touches this takes appropriate damage based on rank, from minor burns and discomfort at lower ranks to complete degradation and corrosion on contact like acid, or necrosis.

• Gorge S
There is only a single warning, a malicious feeling in a 30m cone ahead of Gluttony and for those that can see or sense energy, a massive, dark welling of it in their mouth. The sin opens their mouth wide, and a sort of black hole appears at the back of their throat. At this point, escape is impossible. Anything in the radius that isn't protected is reduced to a form fitting for the hunger of Gluttony and absorbed. It is imperative to your survival that you escape the field before their mouth opens fully, or you put up a proper defense. Otherwise there is no saving you from this skill. Left behind is usually only bare field devoid of life. As a side note, this skill will destroy any lower ranked skill aswell, but only one equally ranked skill which will negate it's effect.

Stage Two Skills - At this point, you may summon a second Helliot Chain.
• Savor B
In a 30 foot radius around Gluttony, an orange aura can be seen as a faint light. This skill begins draining the energy around them for three posts, causing living things to begin to wilt away as Gluttony sate's itself. Anything alive or with any kind of energy with the aura begins to have it's energy sapped out by 50 per post, using this energy to fuel Gluttony who takes 10 of that energy himself for every skill used or existing in the aura. Barriers will have their energy sapped, lowering the energy needed to break through by 50 per post as well until they are dried up. This skill holds for three posts, slowly killing the environment around Gluttony and sating it's hunger at once.

• Hunger Pain A
Gluttony will inflict upon a target very real pain in their abdomen akin to what it is like for a human to be starving. No matter their status, undead or not this skill gives them that very pain, and saps them of two strength and speed for three posts during which this skill cannot afflict them again.

• Hunter Party A
To aid in the hunt, often against more agile threats, Gluttony can spawn snakes from their body, all black anacondas that travel at +2 of Gluttony's speed with it's strength and attempt to clamp down on an opponent and constrict them. Within the fangs of the snakes is a neurotoxin that, after being injected, causes pain that is immeasurable in the area for two posts, so painful in fact that it disrupts focus and makes using skills nigh impossible. One payment creates two snakes that are created that continue to hunt over three posts.

Stage Three Skills
• Share Your Knowledge A
This skill is a representation of the hunger for more than just sustenance stems from. Knowledge. This is another reason why Gluttony can never be sated: there is always more to learn. If contact is made between gluttony and prey, the energy can be paid instantly for this skill which literally snatches knowledge from an opponent, a wisp of steam as a physical representation which flows into the body of the host. This can be anything within the mind of the target, skills, information, even secrets can be snatched out and made to be temporarily forgotten.

• Helliot's Cruelty S
This skill is perhaps of the most dangerous skill in the arsenal of Gluttony. If Helliot is hooked into an enemy, a high stakes game of chicky begins. This skill activates, and the opponent has to somehow break the chain's grasp on them within three posts. On the first, a single pull is given, where the soul of the oppponent seems to be torn out visibly, wailing in fear before the eyes of it's own body. On the second, another chain is produced, wrapping around the neck of the soul and pulling again. On the third post, the soul is ripped free, immediately killing anything and taking their soul into the Bottomless Well. In order to break the hold of the chain on the first post, equal energy to the rank of Helliot's Cruelty must be paid, as well as the hook having to be physically removed from the skin or else this will start again on the next post.

• Famished Passive
For two posts after consuming energy from an opponent, a skill, or even knowledge via their skills Gluttony enters a state called "Famished." In this state, they are 2 points faster, and are even more focused through Ambition, able to see the energy in the body of their chosen prey to see how they are going to act. This passive lasts for two posts, and has a one post cooldown between activation.

Stage Four
• That is my Sin SS
Gluttony is never fully sated. This skill truly shows this force as an area of 100m ahead of the sin in a wide cone becomes the target. Unlike the former skill, this one forms a massive black hole in the mouth of the sin, a swirling pit of destruction that inhales everything in that cone, sucking in anything, defenses, attacks, and otherwise, that doesn't put up an equally ranked defense. As for attacks, up to one SSS rank attack will be consumed during this massive devouring. Any more than that will cancel out the attack. Beyond that anythign that is pulled within 10m of the hole will not be able to escape and will be crushed down and devoured mercilessly by the sin.

• Gluttony SS
This skill is the penultimate of Gluttony's power. The energy of the host injects itself into the very sky above, taking a post to charge itself up as it rips a hole in space. On the second post a line is ripped into the sky suddenly, pulling open like a demon's mouth as the Sin itself channels their power. From the infinite darkness, everything begins to be puleld towards the 100foot long opening. Things that are not securely held down, such as smaller trees and less powerful buildings, are strained against this pull, eventually giving way in that first post. For rpcs, this is easily defendable, one only need to grab hold of something stable or something of the like. The next post after that, in addition to the suction, hooks identical to Helliot rain down like homing missiles, one for every living thing. If you are hooked into by any of these weapons, you are pulled with the same conditions as the skill Helliot's Cruelty. Attacking the tear in space is pointless, as it is simply a portal into the bottomless well of GLuttony's "stomach," rather defending against it is much smarter, and far more viable. Can only be used once per fight.

WRATH

WIP

▰ ▰ ▰ [Strengths]

• Grants a greater well of energy to the sin at each level. +1000 at stage one, 2000 at stage two, 3000 at three, and finally 4000 at the end.
• A large boost to stats overall is added over time spent with the sin. At stage one they receive a +1/+1, increasing to a +2/1 at state two, +2/+2 at three, and +3/+3 at the fourth.
• Bonuses and modifiers to your primary school of abilities applies to Wrath's abilities, as it is merely a sinful manifestation of your own power.

▰ ▰ ▰ [The Weapon]

Wrath's Weapon - Gram

Weapon Type: Battleaxe with the relief of the tattoo's head on each side. In the open mouth are serrated teeth meant to rend flesh as well as crushing bones under it's general weight.
Weapon Passive Abilities:

    • This weapon crushes through defenses lower than the rank of the sin for no energy at all.

▰ ▰ ▰ [Passives]

None Know Fury as I Do
Simply being in the presence of wrath has been known to bring out the worst in people, even outside of combat. Being near them seems to set all emotion to a fever pitch of negativity and anger seems to be what it all amounts to. This passive is a gift and a curse, as wrath can only begin to moderate it as he progresses with the sin. In combat this passive has a very specific effect on everyone. It increases the likelihood that enemies and allies alike will engage in combat. This isn't some ambient thing easy to ignore either. When wrath enters a hostile situation, they instantly endow pure fury into everyone on either side. It takes massive effort to hold back the urge to get violent. A small disagreement can get to be extremely volatile. This becomes easier to control at level two and three, and by four it can be turned on and off at will.

Focused Hatred
When it comes to unleashing utter hell upon a target, none are as good as Wrath. The sin chooses a target for their anger, normally whoever has pissed them off enough, and they can literally feel the Sin's emotional pressure bearing down upon them. Whatever skills wrath uses against this target, they gain a distinct weakness to. Their attacks will gain a massive boost to potency, and this affords wrath a bonus of 2 to strength and speed when they are hounding this singular target, but only when they are attacking against them.

Grab your Torch and Pitchfork
A stand out passive of the Sin of Wrath, this one lowers the power of defensive skills by a rank, cuts their duration in half and removes any boosts they may receive in wrath's presence. However, these negatives to defensive skills apply double to the host.

▰ ▰ ▰ [Skills]

Stage One Abilities
•Pure and Unabated E-S
This skill flings five rings of what can only be described as otherworldly fire at an opponent. It is not true flames, but rather the manifestation of wrath itself flying from the body of the host. These rings follow an opponent for two posts unless they are somehow destroyed, and tend to stick to all coming after a single target, usually the one target by wrath's second passive. They home with a modicum of intelligence, but once they hit something they explode violently.

•Drawn Ire D-S
This skill is released when the Sin Host brings down a weapon, or even punches or kicks, releasing a burst of hatred and despair from the focal point of the weapon. This burst can be compared to an explosion of fire added onto the crackle of electricity. This is obviously based on the rank of skill used, but the aftermath could be as small as a car sized dent to clearing large portions of forest.

• I Think I Know Enough of Hate C
Once per battle, Wrath can select a class, a bloodline, or a god. This becomes his favored enemy for the battle. He deals +1 rank damage against those trained in that class, of the bloodline, or receiving power/assistance from the god.

• To Say that for Destruction Ice B
Through his cold gaze, Wrath channels his hatred at a single target. Assuming the target isn't someone of unbelievably greater power (i.e. a god), the target quails at the focus of Wrath's gaze. The target takes a -2 penalty to their effective speed.

• Is Also Great A
Wrath can taunt a target successfully affected by From What I've Tasted of Desire. Taunted targets are only capable of using techniques that cause damage. This means the target is forbidden from using support, healing, and even defensive techniques that do not have some sort of direct damage component to them. Wrath can only taunt a target while they are being persuaded to destroy, meaning Is Also Great must be cast simultaneously with From What I've Tasted of Desire in order to be effective.

• And Would Suffice S
For five posts, all damage Wrath takes glows in shades of blue and red that flicker and slide between looking like ice and fire. At any point in the five posts, any attack of his that successfully connects can be used to inflict the damage he's sustained since using the technique. The delivered damage is on top of whatever damage the attack would normally cause and bypasses all defenses, inflicting wounds identical to Wrath's glowing wounds. Victims of a different size than Wrath receive wounds that are proportional to their size. After delivering the damage, Wrath's wounds stop glowing and the technique's effects end. To be considered a successful attack for the purposes of activating this technique, the attack must deal damage of its own.

• Sword of the Nihilistic Revenant, Gramr SS
Black markings sprawl across Wrath's body and they concentrate so densely on his dominant hand that it turns entirely black. Once the entire arm is colored black, it shrivels and then bursts into a blue-red glacial fire. The burning ice hones itself into something like a blade, the edges constantly flickering and sliding.

From this point on, Wrath deals and takes twice as much damage. His effective speed when closing in on a target of his aggression is increased by +2. However, the accuracy of his attacks take a hit. To determine if Wrath's attacks hit or miss, their effective speed decreases by -2. This does not mean Wrath's attacks are any slower. They strike just as quickly as before. Just not as accurately. After the first post, Gramr consumes 250 energy/post.

Wrath, after reaching this point, cannot be appeased with just destruction. He must kill. The more brutally, the better, but really, he just needs something or someone to die. Only until he has destroyed a life can he choose to end the technique, but even then, if he has not killed something/someone of significance, then his arm remains forever withered. Those who lose both arms to Gram die, releasing Wrath, and are reborn as powerful monsters with no memory and no purpose except to destroy and cause suffering.

Failing to end Gramr leads to the death of the host, caused by the unstoppable loss of energy.

ENVY

Merging with the Sin of Envy drastically changes every aspect of the host. Perpetually in a state of discontent and jealousy, the Sin always calls into question their capabilities, appearance, and state of being. Starting with echoes of the desire to change yourself in the early stages, and moving onto full blown assaults on those who simply come across you in the late stages of the Sin. Envy's host displays many of the features of the previous Sins; as Envy is the Sin that mankind embodies the most. Envy is quick to anger, never satisfied, and it's desire is insatiable. It is possible to overcome the urges from Envy, but the urges are among the strongest among the Sins. It is for that reason that Envy's abilities are among the strongest of abilities with it's connection to the Void Plane.

The Void Plane is a plane of existence that is endless. Souls banished to this plane are incapable of being resurrected by any means. Not even Necromancers can draw out souls to revive RPC minions once they have been trapped in the Void Plane.

▰ ▰ ▰ [Strengths]

• Energy reserves starting at 500 for the first stage, 1000 at the second, 1500 at the third stage, and 2100 at the fourth stage. Envy gives the least amount of energy to its host due to it's overwhelming power..
• An exceptional boost in stats; +2/+2, then at stage 2, +3/+3. At stage three, your stats are boosted by +4/+4.
• Bonuses and modifiers to your primary school of abilities applies to Envy's abilities, as Envy is merely a sinful manifestation of your own power.

▰ ▰ ▰ [Weapon: Oculus]

Envy's weapon is not the kind of weapon you can swing or hold. Instead, Envy's weapon is the right eye of the host. For this reason, the right eye's iris is green in contract to the left eye. Envy's Oculus passively allows the host to see through any structure up to a mile away. It is has the strongest form of energy reading, and is incapable of being blinded by any means.

Look At Me Passive
With this ability, any single target that is being looked at must lock eyes with Envy's host. They can never look away for any reason at all. This passive is impossible to break, unless Envy breaks it's line of sight. The Passive isn't nullified by barriers or walls, because it is not a skill or energy based. It is a projection of emotion.

Why? E-SSS
As Envy grows jealous, it's eye unintentionally inflicts pain on the target locked onto it. This pain is equal to your blood boiling, and it is Envy trying to get you to feel how it feels when it sees someone better than it is. This skill can be blocked by barriers made by skills of equal rank, but it's main purpose is to disrupt attacks as it forces immense pain, even at low ranks. Failure to successfully block the attack after a full post at SS ranked energy means certain death.

▰ ▰ ▰ [Passives]

The Void
Passives do nothing to Envy. Any skill that requires no energy does not affect the Sin in the slightest.

I Envy Your Talent
People more talented than Envy find themselves at a disadvantage. Envy's powers are capable of nullifying talents, while still leaving the weakness for them behind for the duration of it's presence in the area. It works on any one target that Envy has its eye on. Passive must be toggled, and it doesn't work at the same time as the below passive. Both the second and third passives are not debuffs, they are projections of emotion that essentially 'plug' certain capabilities, and thus cannot be purged.

They All Surpass Me
When it comes to bloodline techniques, Envy is capable of temporarily nullifying a person's bloodline as long as its eye is on a single target. While passives remain as long as they don't affect Envy, bloodline techniques are incapable of being used. Incapable of being used in conjunction with the above passive. Both the second and third passives are not debuffs, they are projections of emotion that essentially 'plug' certain capabilities, and thus cannot be purged.

▰ ▰ ▰ [Abilities]

Stage One Abilities
You'd Leave Me? Passive
As long as Envy uses Look At Me on a target, they can't escape the field of combat.

Void Barrier C-SSS
By tearing a hole through the Void Plane and effectively jumping into it, Envy grants itself a very durable protection that can only be defeated by a skill of equal rank. The barrier is so finite, that toxins and airborne attacks do not affect the user inside of the barrier, because the rules of life change in the Void Plane.

Stage Two Abilities
Candor Passive
While Envy has its eye on a target, they are incapable of lying. They must always say the truth, whatever is on their mind. It forces word vomit. They force the target to speak their mind in an attempt to see if people really did think that they were better than Envy.

Nothing Passive

Stage Three Abilities
Empty Space Passive

Stage Four Abilities

SLOTHX

WIP

▰ ▰ ▰ [Passives]

• Oblivous, Ambiguous, Apathetic
When it comes to things like attraction, emotional distress and heightened states of sympathetic arousal, Sloth is perhaps the most dead individual on the plane. Anything attempting to afflict it's mind will find that the host is easily able to just ignore them, especially if it would incite direct action from the host that puts them outside of their own, very small, will to act. This can be toggled by the Sin, however, and it only makes seduction effects work at direct rate of two ranks weaker.

• Power in Neutrality
By not taking a side, in choosing inaction, the Sin of Sloth thrives. Weather or not they are a vangelist or mazdakii, pagan or vaetian, they will always, in the eyes of those who look upon them, appear as a neutrally aligned being. This even prevents them from looking like anything other than a human aside from asthetics. This purely affects their energy. They also have no weakness to either holy or unholy attacks regardless of their race, but they maintain the ability to deal damage as if holy or unholy depending on race, class etc.

• You will know Nihilism
Fighting Sloth is a rather extreme chore. The longer the battle goes, the longer all parties involved spend energy, sloth included, the weaker everyone seems to become, losing their will to fight. If a conflict involving sloth goes for longer than 5 posts, all parties, allied or not, lose one strength and speed. This also, through a malevolent energy the host cannot control, can strip people of their damage reduction after five. The next five, another total of one comes from strength and speed, and all skills for everyone EXCEPT sloth lose a rank of power on all skills. Another five posts and everyone loses another rank of strength and speed, as well as a single point of dr and another rank of skill power. By the next five, if somehow the conflict goes on, everyone has their strength and speed zero'd out and everyone is overcome with the need to leave combat. Only upon exiting combat entirely, and the presence of sloth, will these stats return, and attempting to reenter combat steals your stats once more. The posts are only counted for SLOTH's posts.
