Technique Name: Phoenix Flight
Origin: Class
Duration: Sustained until discharged
Cost: 60 (+30 for each post sustained) mana to cast.
Description: Upon iteration of the spell, the caster creates a radial burst of radiant fire about herself centered at the ground immediately beneath her, whereupon they are propelled directly upwards and take on the form of a phoenix of roughly the same size (with wingspan approaching 1.2 times her natural armspan). While in this form, the caster takes reduced damage from all outside sources with the exception of water-based attacks (poisons, curses and other status-related afflictions will be treated normally) but cannot use any other techniques or abilities, and may fly about until the user elects to discharge the technique (or otherwise is unable to sustain it any longer). When discharged, the caster reverts to her natural physical body and state, and a secondary burst of fire otherwise identical to the first upon transformation propels her straight to the ground. If the fire shrouding the phoenix form is in any way doused, the spell subsides without its secondary burst.

I believe it should still have its natural water weakness and that water should affect it normally, as in it does not gain the reduction bonus versus water based attacks. As far as that though, herm.. I'm going to say a 50 Mana minimum base cost, with 20 Mana per consecutive post after to maintain.

Mm, agreed with the water bit. I'm not too sure how high numbers will be working at any point in time, but something tells me this is fairly generous for what it's intended to do.

Added a little extra. Dousing the phoenix fire dispels the form. Seems only realistic to me at least.

Description: The user focuses the attack power on his speed and strength increasing speed up to 20 points and strength by 10, making his defense drop down by 30 as a cost, to attack at high speed. This makes the user perform a seven-hit lunging ground combo, unless parried.
Incantation: "Give me strength!!!"



Technique Name: Ars Arcanum
Origin: Rogue
Duration: 2 post
Cost: (leave blank for moderator)
Description: The user unleashes a 15-hit flurry of combos so fast and powerful, it's startup command is hard to perform, taking up one post of focus. If the final attack does land, the user gets the ability to perform one powerful finishing somersault slash.
Incantation: "Now to finish this!!! HAAAAAA!!!"

Mm... well you're not wrong. The form is intended to grant ease of travel, but it can also be used as a quick escape or sudden explosive entry. That way it's a little more versatile depending on the situation. But, ultimately it is a close-quarters punisher coupled with a spring in vertical mobility, yes.

Mm... well you're not wrong. The form is intended to grant ease of travel, but it can also be used as a quick escape or sudden explosive entry. Description: Before the reset Vox had been a very good support. Utilizing her racial ability to manipulate blood she formed a technique that creates a shield in the form of temporary hit points or THP. Converting her mana into THP she can grant a teammate or herself this shield. THP is not additional health, but a shield of sorts. Before HP can be reduced, THP must first be completely depleted.
Incantation: Blood is thicker than damage!

Description: Elena will either use her own blood or blood that has spilled to create an entanglement of webs in an area of her choosing. The blood is sticky like a strong adhesive and will easily stop someone in their tracks should they connect with it.

Hello. Sorry for the wait. I will now be reviewing your techniques. Give me a moment please. Welp, first thing I noticed, or well would like to point out is that if at any point that these abilities get parried it is automatically canceled and that should be added to their descriptions. Yes, I get it, it should be obvious that if they were parried it would stop the chain, but some people don't realize it. Also, I would like more of a detailed description for each technique please.

RPC: Blue Sonic

Technique Name: Strike Raid

For Strike Raid, I am going to have to ask you to add in the description that the attacks are rather slow seeing as how the weapon will have to circle around back to you, the owner if they indeed act like a boomerang. However, if you wish to keep the teleporting back to hand feature like in the .gif provided, you will need a separate technique altogether for that.


Technique Name: Sonic Blade

Again, I need a more specific description of this attack, main example being how many stat points does his speed and attack go up by and how much does his defense drop.

Technique Name: Plasma Phoenix
Origin: Class (Mage)
Duration: 5 posts or until discharged (whichever happens sooner)
Cost: 60 mana
Description: The caster shrouds herself in a veil of fire, immediately coalescing into a pair of orange plasma wings sprouting from her back (or at least close enough to appear as such without burning off her clothes). While these wings carry no flight function beyond gliding to slow a direct fall, they can be manipulated to grant one of two effects, interchangeably:
Open Flare: The caster heals from any fire damage dealt to her. In addition, the wings shed blistering heat to inflict fire damage on all possible targets (friendly, enemy, herself or otherwise) equal to 1/5 the cost for the spell (which remains unchanged if discharged early) each turn.
Protective Shell: The caster ceases taking damage. All damage that would be dealt to the caster is instead dealt to an HP pool devoted to the wings themselves. The wings hold an HP pool equal to the mana cost for the spell, and loses 1/5 of its max HP each turn until expired, destroyed or discharged. Any damage taken between turns is not lost again during each iteration (for instance a 60-HP shell takes 15 damage in one turn; next turn it has a max of 48 and has sustained 3 of its damage, still holding at 45).

Technique Name: Spellstorm
Origin: Class (Mage)
Duration: Delayed Rapid-Chain Reaction
Cost: 75 per component
Description: The caster releases a faint orb of quick-moving shimmering light that she guides to a target, whereupon a series of four elemental strikes combines against it in rapid succession. While guiding the orb, she cannot move or take any other actions beyond concentration on the orb's movements.
Each spell deals the component's mana cost in damage, before calculating vulnerabilities. The spells must be cast in exactly the same order as follows, but can be cut off by the caster between components if she so desires.
Shatterstar: The orb bursts into a field of mist. If unavoided, the mist nearest the target is frozen in a small shell of ice, briefly immobilizing the target and dealing damage via frostburn much like dry ice before breaking away into smaller particles which melt upon reaching the victim, coating it in water (as though once again shrouded in mist). The target becomes vulnerable to electric damage.
Lightning Drive: If unavoided, a streak of lightening from above strikes down at the target (though falling far short of the speed of an actual bolt of lightening), driving it towards the ground and removing its vulnerability to electricity, but adding a vulnerability to earthen damage.
Ruinous Thorn: If unavoided (and if Lightning Drive does not fail to bring the target down to the ground), a cruelly-spiked, massive vine bursts up from the ground, lifting the target skyward, damaging it (for earthen damage), removing its vulnerability to earth and releasing a collection of highly-flammable spores along the victim's body adding a vulnerability towards fire.
Blazing Infernus: If unavoided, a radial explosion of fire detonates just above the target, hurling it back to the ground, removing its vulnerability to fire and then setting the victim on fire for 3 posts or until dispelled, doused or otherwise put out.
If any Spellstorm component fails or is otherwise avoided, the chain is immediately halted, but the victim will maintain its most recent iteration of vulnerability for 5 posts or until otherwise removed.
Incantation: "Say your prayers."

Also, for strike raid I kinda did that already, (I can't find a gif where it boomerangs and not teleport) sonic blade is fixed, and Ars arcanum, maybe it's to your liking. Check back to it to see if it's good or not.
