Personality: Sora is most of the time easy-going, laid-back and care-free. However, he is often impatient, hates boredom and has a short temper. Because of his impulsive nature, Sora can be reckless and quick to act before thinking, throwing himself into trouble without a second thought and regardless of other's warnings. Regardless, he is honest and always keeps his promises. Sora has a protective and supportive personality. He can be very violent and tends to get into fights (which are usually caused by strong emotions) but is actually kindhearted. He supports his friends and tries to encourage and help them. He also seems very protective of children mostly. Sora is clueless at times, but despite this, he is able to connect with someone's feelings to his own.
Likes:
.xx► Video games that have to do with skill and not stats; in most games such as arcade fighting games, Sora had been known to be an experienced fighter, almost like he takes the persona of an actual fighter.

Strengths: Due to his aunt teaching him kendo, and his love of arcade fighting games, Sora is a natural born fighter, who prefers to use speed, and tactical skills over brute strength over stats and strength. This reason alone is why Sora was considered good enough to take on high leveled players in PVP and win SOME matches.
Weaknesses: Sora's weakest moments is when he gets too full of himself. In truth, he himself has acknowledged that he's not a pro in video games. In truth, he loves games for fun and not for competition. So strength in numbers is his main pet peeve, and the fact that he's too stubborn to call quits when the chances are low is his major downfall, and maxing feat at the same time.
History: Being the son of the survivors of a VRMMO's hacker syndicate, Sora Naegi was kept in the dark of such a thing. If he ever knew about it, he'd understand why his father, Makoto Naegi was so worried about him constantly. After the events of Gun Gale Online, Dissidia Online, Sword Art Online, Makoto was sure that the Syndicate known as Laughing Coffin was now a thing of the past. That was when Sora came in.
Twenty years later after those gruesome events in which they all had to fight for their lives, Sora Naegi was born from two survivors. And that was all he knew. His parents Makoto and Miki never told him what they survived, but he left it at that. On his own, Sora was just a normal teenage kid who had a thing for action and excitement. At his earliest age, he had been so deep on old kung fu movies from the 1980's. Even though they were so weird looking, Sora memorized their style, discipline, and actions. It made his father Makoto think that Sora was more like his aunt than he was. So he signed him up for kendo on his twelfth birthday. He wasn't really any different from the other students, but he was more dedicated than his father at the time, which even his aunt would brag and tease about. Then came the guitar. Miki at the time, wanted Sora to do something more subtle at the time, and introduced him to music. He didn't like the instruments at first, but the moment he gave it a shot, he kind of liked it. The guitar still wasn't as much to him fighting or video games, but it felt like a good time waster.
Soon enough, Makoto had to bite down his fear, as it was nearing Sora's birthday. He didn't think he'd ever do this in his life, but he can't keep Sora protected forever, now due to his growth. Makoto then got Sora a nerve gear for his birthday, along with Makoto's old transfer data when he used to play. With the new nerve gears designed more high tech and advanced security system, Makoto felt safe that his son could play with no worries, and can check in at times in the real world while playing, but there was still some form of doubt in his mind. Sora on the other hand, had the time of his life! He'd be living the adventure dream he always cared about. He felt like a super hero who could do anything. Makoto couldn't help but feel proud that Sora was enjoying himself. Not only that, but he felt as if he could finally relax about this.
Through high school, Sora had loved virtual gaming so much, that even his friends partook in it. They've been playing together for so long, even his one friend Shouji Matsuro, who was a legend with guns and long ranged weaponry. They both began playing the new game that came out and was suddenly becoming a big hit. Fardor Avil Online seemed like that simple sand box RPG game that used to be a rage back then, and suddenly make a comeback. So they both began to play. It was until the hacking began, where neither of the two were able to log out. It seemed weird, but he thought it was just a scare event in the game, the two went off playing going into the hardest dungeon. The problem was, that after they found out there was a reason they couldn't log out, a monster attacked them both, killing Shouji's character. Sora had always known that Shouji was an unfortunate kid who had pretty crappy parents, a mom who works like crazy, and a step dad who seems abusive. It was no wonder he used to act out and dressed like a heavy metal rock star. But now, after seeing the dead look in his eyes, Sora knew that this game was tampered with, and it caused Shouji's death. That was when this game became an act for survival.
Goals: The only reason Sora is fighting tooth and nail to leave the game, is because he saw first hand experience his only best friend die in front of him. His goal is to avenge his death.

Mirror Mimic
The user can steal the skin of a stranger with a simple touch or passing brush. What's more, they can also memorize the voice of another player should they speak with them briefly, and pair this with the skin of that person so that they sound like them as well. They can become the perfect mirror image of another player with a few simple steps- the harder part comes with acting like their stolen player and playing the part of another race.
⊲ The simplest thing for the user to mimic is the appearance of another player. The user must simply touch them, as brief as a steadying hand or brush of the shoulder.
↳ Costs 20 mana to steal.
⊲ As an ability of disguise, Mirror Mimic has become more and more in depth over its timeline of existence. The user may mimic the voice of another player exactly, but in order to do so the user must speak with the other player.
↳ Costs 30 mana to steal.
⊲ Users of this ability are almost always playing the part of another race. The user is able to use the abilities of whichever race the player they are mirroring belongs to, but must use the techniques of their chosen player and it costs extra mana for every use of the player's techniques.
↳ Costs 60 mana to steal, and an additional 40 mana for every technique they copy.

The user has the ability to transfigure into an animal at will. Users in their animal form may still access their menu and fight, but speaking is beyond their capabilities. However, if another player with type A transfiguration is in their party, they may speak telepathically to them, no matter if the player is in human form or animal.
