With a fingerless whistle, the thundering steps of a very large beast came running, scooping its rider onto his head. The knight swung himself around, unsheathing his large executioner's blade as they rode toward the unicorn. The knight hopped off the puppy as it bowled into the shadowy creature, rolling itself back onto its feet just as the unicorn had with a strangled, eerie neigh. Puppy lowered itself to a play bow with its tail in the air, the unicorn distracted as the knight came down hard onto the shadow equine with a series of strikes himself.
