This will permanently clear you of frenzy status. You can use it on the first turn or ninth turn, it doesn't matter, but it takes up a turn (you take auto damage while using it). Piper was visibly a little shaken at the sight of the creature. Something about it was different than the rest; not even the others were diving in with their usual bravado. She could feel the oddness coming off it and gripped her trident tight, trying to look as brave as her party.
