gaia_crownFrenzy Yes. Start a counter in your battle log form. For each turn you take, add one. When you hit ten you will AUTOMATICALLY DIE UNLESS YOU HAVE A NULBERRY in your inventory you won from a previous battle. To use the nulberry, simply quote it on the turn you want to use it. This will permanently clear you of frenzy status. You can use it on the first turn or ninth turn, it doesn't matter, but it takes up a turn (you take auto damage while using it). Everyone in your party has to take their own (ie: you can't use it on others/share it/give it away).

Away from one and straight into another. Shun paused as another shadow dragon came crashing down in front of him. He narrowed his eyes at the sight of it, brandishing his sword. This one was a little quicker than the others. Just as he was about to strike, its tail lashed out and knocked him over.

The first time she'd seen the man fighting, he'd come in hard, and she'd been too busy trying to get away from that man that she hadn't even noticed. When he returned to slice away at yet another of the wyverns, she took the time to watch, and then offered up an attack of her own, albeit less impressive looking. Hitting something with a staff never did look very impressive.
"I'm sorry." She muttered, looking as far as his chin because she refused to meet his eyes. "For my rudeness earlier. These battles can be quite heated."

As the defensive battle led by Percival continued, more and more shadowy creatures attacked the rampart, trying to clear off the now-gigantic pile of things in the middle of a drawbridge.
Re again jumped down and joined few apprentices which are attacking a wyvern-like creature which spreads Taint. "Don't mind if I join!" He yelled while smacking a nearest barrel of hay---
--which broke into pieces, sending chickens fluttering at the wyvern. Oops.

Shun pushed himself up to his feet, then looked over at the woman he had ran past earlier. He soon gave her a quirk of his brow, however.
"I know not of what you speak of."
When was she rude to him? She hadn't said anything... as far as he was aware. She had just said some biting remarks to the other guy earlier. Nothing to him, though. In his confusion, he nearly didn't see the wyvern coming at him. He quickly shifted off to the side, then brought his blade down towards its head as it snapped.
"If I said no, would that stop you?" he asked in response to both Estel and the other newcomer that had joined the fray.

Uh oh. Riley felt a cold pit of dread in her stomach when he heard the man's voice, suddenly worried that she'd just stumbled upon another of the same kind of person she'd been fighting with. Was everyone going to be like this?
"I was apologizing for not greeting you." She responded curtly. "We fought together. I would have been more courteous to your brief presence had I not been - " Was this even worth it? She let out a sigh, suddenly exhausted beyond belief at the attempts she'd been making to be social when all she wanted to do was curl up in a private, dark corner and be by herself.
"Riley. I'm Riley." She turned her head to all three of them, as she introduced herself. That was all she had the strength for, anymore.

"The battlefield is hardly a place for chitchat." he scolded the both of them. Shun kept his eyes on the beast as he spoke, waiting for the right moment to strike. When the shadow wyvern lashed out, he moved to the side. It wasn't enough to fully avoid the strike, but it did give him the perfect opening.
Gripping his sword with both hands, he thrust it into where the dragon's ribcage would be. Assuming it had one to begin with. The wyvern shrieked in pain, staggering back from the blow. That hurt it.

Yep. He was just another one of those kinds of people. Riley rolled her eyes, and smacked the monster half-heartedly.
"Greeting the people you fight beside is hardly chit-chat." She mumbled, but it was a lost cause. She didn't want to convince him of anything, nor did she wanted another negative attitude such as his anywhere near her anymore. He was probably doing her a favor, by keeping their interactions brusque.
At least the girl who joined them had more to offer. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Estel. I look forward to fighting by your side."

Estel flashed a smile at Riley, missing a good opportunity to strike at the wyvern. Maybe Shun did have a point, but as Estel wasn't looking, she didn't know that, either.
