Edits:

+ Hair edits like this. Hair should be white/silver tipped at the bangs with rainbows (match the bracelets/collar).

+ Long, fluffy, plush border collie tail! Should be suuuper fluffy with a white tip.

+ Extra chest/underside fluff similar to Morphine but a little longer

+ Large, pricked border collie ears. They should be fluffy at the edges too and pierced with rainbow studs/hoops/industrial bars.

+ On both front legs, an assortment of kandi bracelets in similar to these.

+ Collar should be like this belt with the way it's studded.
Chopsticks/beads can be black and white beads with rainbow gradient stick?

+ Setting atop his hair should be These raver goggles in teal and chrome and black.
