A card takes me about an hour to complete, so I recommend the gold/item equivalent of a monthly letter ($2.50) to auto-adjust with Gaia's inflation/deflation. Can't afford it? No worries! Hence the "donation" part, so pay what you can afford.
Pre-made uniforms: Is your character in the police force? Order the pre-made uniform for a discount! Well, technically you could get any card for free anyways, but a pre-made uniform would make it take much less time!
All items but the uniform are optional and can be recolored. Will make uniforms as people request them and volunteer to be the uniform guinea pig.
Police officer: Hat, uniform, gloves, belt, sleeves. Team Rocket: Hat, uniform, sleeves.
How to order
Check for an open slot. Post the Order Form (see below). Start a trade. When I accept the trade, that means your art is complete! Complete trade. Pick up ID in thread!

Bookmark all 8 daily chance pages, group them into one folder. Then right click on that folder, and click open all in new tab. Boom, you collect all the freebies at once. Google a how-to for your specific browser!
