• Personality :: Osmond comes off as your typical gentleman, composed and ready to tackle the nearest complication if the need arises. A well-balanced etiquette and softly set manners have been chiseled into his heart by his momma dearest, so disrespecting anyone is out of the question. He is known to keep everything level, from his posture to his tone, and won't raise his voice at all. This causes many to see him as the lax and quiet type, which is actually not too far from his true personality, though he's a bit more of a bookish dreamer.
Osmond has a tendency of turning red when others snicker at him. Though he does indeed keep his cool every time someone chuckles come his nickname, he is quite tired of requesting someone call him by his surname instead. He had considered changing it, but his mother would be quite cross with him if he did. Unfortunately, Osmond's weakness to embarrassment does not halt there. He has a tendency of flushing at many things, especially perverse jokes and euphemisms. Even worse, his mind tends to transform anything that could come off as a double-entendre.
"Could you hold my Pokeballs?" warrants a few too many shades of scarlet.
Yet, when Osmond grows close to another, he shows them a side he keeps nestled and warm only for them. He becomes a snarky jerk and loves poking fun at the people he is fond of (especially Cetus, much to her chagrin). What he loves most in life is seeing the people he adores smile and exploiting this love comes in the form of joking with them. He knows his limits though. If he happens to be rubbing too much salt onto a wound, he backs way, and murks with a built of guilt on the side. All around, Osmond is a bit of a swell guy. He is a mundane soul most seem to like being around because he lacks the ability to judge harshly, aerating an openness that makes others comfortable.
• Bio :: Joining a force has been a tradition in the Willis family since Osmond's great-great-grandfather. Somehow, someway, the following offspring of that once great man followed his legacy. Due to this, Osmond just fell in line with the following of his father, and joined the police academy of Katarina after following him to Zatao. His parent's life on the force was short-lived, however; during the raid of a supposed Team Rocket base in the region, his father was gunned down and subsequently died. His image was honored at the precinct, but eventually his son stepped up and took his place on the force. The man serves to be a hero to the middle-aged man and he is know to mentally seek the council of his father's thoughts from time to time. Though he doesn't want to admit it, losing him was more traumatizing than he realized, and he hasn't come to terms with his mourning yet.
Osmond also shares a bit of history with Galactic grunt, Cetus. They were childhood friends in Jubilife City. As a young tyke, the young Osmond went playing in a forest unbeknownst to him was actually private property. Cetus's father never did like Pokemon, so the area was bare of them, save a little Pidgey babe that seemed to be abandoned by its mother. At the same time, he met a certain green-haired girl and, together, they agreed to take care of the Pidgey until it was strong enough to fend for itself.
As time grew on, Cetus was sent to a boarding school, and naturally, time apart caused their memories of each other to filter away. Osmond continued to care for the Pidgey -- whom he nicknamed Al -- until it evolved fully into a Pidgeot. At twenty-four, a few months before graduating PokéUniversity, Osmond ran into Cetus in the parking lot of a mall, who was twenty-two. They fell into small talk, which blossomed into a blissful chatter of their past to their current lives. Osmond's childhood crush, which remained dormant, was brought back from the darkness and made truth. Yet, despite his feelings, he was met with a chagrin when found out Cetus was, indeed, married. Despite this, Osmond kept contact with her.

• Trivia ::
+ After Cetus ran away, love lost its meaning to Osmond, and he confided himself in anyone willing. This openness still exists to this day, leading him to swings both ways.
+ Osmond is a major fan of baseball. In his youth, he used to play for the Jubilife Little League as a star pitcher and subsequently went on to coach them before coming to Zatao. His favorite is the Electebuzz team and he normally gets into spats with Cetus because she prefers the Starmies.

• Pokédex Entry :: Its tail discharges electricity into the ground, protecting it from getting shocked.

• Personality :: Marlo is Osmond's comical partner-in-justice, the Abbott to his Costello. He's frumpy and a bit clumsy, a lover of sweets and a hater of any physical activity. All around, he loves having fun and spreading cheer, a perfect offset to his owner's calm and mundane sense of self. His favorite love is alternative punk and, as a self-proclaimed rock star, he can be seen jamming out to his own theme song while pulling a wicked air-guitar when in his lonesome. However, he is still boyish at heart, and can suck up to Osmond for fatherly comfort and support. Marlo, understanding too that he is a Pokémon, can also shy away from his rebellious streak to curl up on his trainer's lap as he watches his football games, making for a great lap warmer and lounge mate.
• History :: Marlo has been with Osmond since he was a Pichu and the man a young boy. As his first Pokémon, gifted to him from his father, they've had a strong bond, and it only grew stronger after he lost his father and the Electric-type became his only form of comfort during his time of mourning. As they grew up and he matured passed the pain of losing his parent, Marlo hadn't, and remained with his childish outlook to life. While it can be grating at times, Osmond has, more or less, accepted how his Raichu is because he serves to be one of his greatest joys in life. Currently, Marlo is main Pokémon to use on the force, though his usefulness is second when it comes to the experienced Osiel.

• Pokédex Entry :: It appears when it senses an impending natural disaster. As a result, it was mistaken as a doom bringer.

• Personality :: Born with a stern outlook on life, Osiel celebrates duty above recreation, and has no interest in pursing activities he finds childish if it isn't to the benefit of him or his trainer. To others, he comes off with an incredibly serious, almost stuck-up air with his little desire to hold conversation or engage in play. The Absol's sole concentration seems to be the safety of his owner, Osmond. He will stretch and sacrifice whatever means to make sure the officer is not harmed and will even instigate fights should he be under the suspicion someone or something will harm him. In actuality, Osiel prefers not to fight, but after internalizing blame for the loss of Osmond's father, the Absol finds it is within his power to prevent the same fate from happening to his original trainer's son.
• History :: Before Osmond was born, Osiel was his father's dutiful partner on the force. One could say he had more of a personality back than and took joy in being in his company when they chased down and captured criminals in their youth. The turning point of his life was the day both of them decided to raid that Team Rocket base. Osmond's father was hit with a bullet and died and the Absol has shouldered the feeling that his passing could've been prevented if he was more careful. Now under the ownership of his son, the Absol has made it his first and foremost duty to protect Osmond no matter what. He will not let the same fate repeat itself twice and would rather sacrifice himself than let it happen.
