☀☀☀☀ Masahiko ☀☀☀☀

Name: Masahiko
Nickname: Kiko (Use it and die)
Gender: Male
Stage: Poke'mon (mentally much older)
Sexuality & Status: Single & Unplotted

Height: 4'3" (Therian)
Weight: 149.9 lbs (Therian)
Nature: Solid
Occupation:: Crop grower and Shrine Keeper

Likes:
Honorable activities (charity work, manual labor, etc.)
Working in the fields
Flying
Assisting and feeling useful

Dislikes:
Modern music!
Humans/Poke'mon who show too much skin
Disrespect
Sweets
Team Rocket (More like hates)

Living Arrangements: Spends most of his time wandering above the clouds, but when on Earth he spends time in the shrine dedicated to him.

Personality: Landorus (as he has not yet been given a name) is an old soul. He feels sorrow for the times that have been lost, and hasn't been able to blend well into the modern era. As that is, he prefers tradition, and is best suited to spending his time reveling in the past.

Sometimes he can be a little huffy and prude, but only with the best intentions. A noble, knightly sort.

Background: Not telling, not today, anyway~

Poke'mon stage - Solo
There had been much that Landorus was thankful for that no longer existed in the mortal realm.

The humans that originally erected his shrine, and paid tribute to the “deity” that aided in the growth of their crops being one of them. As he looked at the shattered remains of his shrine he could only feel a longing for them once more. Reaching out, he touched a tire track left by Rocket vehicles before they had fled the area.

It had been a long time before he came to his senses. At first there was so much rage directed at the world for taking away his one means of solace that he hadn’t been able to channel it properly. Landorus had taken on the world as a whole. There had been little the Kami hadn’t thought of as an enemy, and as his heart was shred inside his chest his powers wrecked all that they touched. That of course had terrible consequences. Not only had it played with innocent lives, but it had freed Tornadus and Thundurus to their own chaotic inclinations. It was only when he felt the well wishes of those that had come to stop the conflict that he was truly able to grieve.

Landorus had lost much over the years, but he had always been content so long as he was able to have his “home”. Though he never truly lived in the area, it had been a grounding place for him, and one of emotional comfort. When it was gone he had been too afraid to let go. Now, well…he had little choice. The shrine was being rebuilt, and Team Rocket was gone, but the wounds still remained. He no longer felt the pool that had kept him there, and although he had the support of hundreds at his back, Landorus wished for anonymity once again.

He turned to look at the setting sun, and saw lights down the way from his shrine. No doubt it was the last remains of those that had set up a camp in the area, and a part of his heart twinged. Should be speak with them? Would they listen to a Kami’s apology? He had spoken earlier, to the world as a whole, but Landorus felt there was much more in his heart to say.

As a whole he had always been a very open Poke’mon who loved humans as much as his own kin, but now he was unsure. It had been Poke’mon that had come to his aide, even if they had looked human, and it was humans that had sought to take away the one thing he held dear.

His paws were solid on the cold ground. He would not go to speak with them this night; he needed time to process what this change would mean for him, and how he wanted to approach it. Perhaps tomorrow? Or the next night? The longer he thought about it, the darker Landorus’ thoughts became.

Maybe he would never get around to speaking with the humans. They had their “happy” ending; surely that would be enough.

Poke'mon stage - Star
Landorus wasn't sure what it meant to live with humans.

Nor did he understand what it felt like to be forgiven.

Since the tragedy with Team Rocket he had learned to let go of his shrine, and to move to find meaning elsewhere in life. There had to be something out there; something more than needed his attention. If the humans, and Poke'mon alike, truly thought him a God, then why should he not be there to serve them?

Eventually that is what led him to stay with Mitsuru at her shrine. Hers was not an alter to her graces, nor did she outright serve the people in a way particular to her breed. She was a kind, thoughtful young woman who tended all that came to her regardless of past or faults. It was...humbling to say the least.

He had made a residence here; seeking to help aid her grounds so that she might grow prosperous crops in the coming Spring to feed those that came to her. Landorus hadn't been expecting the hugs though; so many hugs. And the food! If she didn't stop showering him with gifts he would become fat and too lazy to fly.

Still, it was nice. Mitsuru had gone with her Infernape friend to serve food to the rest and Landorus was left to look upon the stars. They were all so bright that it was easy to get lost in them. Somewhere up there in the great beyond was his purpose in life and he would seize it the moment he set his sights upon it. Landorus just needed to be able to fly high enough to grasp it.

Who was he kidding though, truly? Was it not enough to simply live his days in peace on this Earth? Was he truly so afraid of making another mistake that he wished to bury his sins? Even he didn't know. Landorus wanted to wipe away all of the terrible things he did to the world and to his poor territory...to the Poke'mon and humans alike that visited him...to poor Riley. That had been the one child to show him mercy he didn't deserve. Even after all of that Riley had still been so kind to him, and Landorus felt sick thinking about the child's misplaced adoration. He wasn't deserving; not in the least.

He curled up into a circle while looking upon the stars. A few seemed to be so close he could touch them, and that made him smile. Mitsuru would sometimes call them fireflies; why, he did not know, for they looked like balls of life racing toward the Earth.

At break neck speed.

Landorus frowned. Was that star...? Wasn't it getting a little too close? He rose to a stand, cocking his head to the side as the star seemed to be getting closer and closer until it was nearly upon him. In a panic he moved to call out for the others to run, but it was too late.

It had hit, but he was the target.

The poor Kami was knocked out cold from the impact, slamming down hard on the cold earth.
