Senshi buy out a s**t TON of pumpkins and offer FREE PUMPKINS for kids/teens/adults to carve- Just come down to carve a free pumpkin!
And with pumpkin carving each pumpkin carved senshi will donate $5 to local food bank.
To go with-
For each donation the public makes under the senshi banner the senshi will MATCH with NO UPPER LIMIT. Donate 1k worth of food?
1k of donations via senshi.
After halloween they host a SENSHI SMASH AT THE STATION-
The station being the name of a park just near a train station. But there, senshi will take your old halloween pumpkins and smash them via senshi magic for the viewing fun of civilians. It's also a fundraiser- each pumpkin they smash they'll donate $5 to a winter clothing drive.
Basically YOU WANNA SEE SUM MAGIC BRAH? They'd take a lot of precautions to keep civis safe from magical overflow-

Megrez is totally up for senshi publicity events! OwO (I was going to include a caveat about her attendance depending on some RP-determined things but it's pretty likely that'll attend something like this no matter what the situation, especially if it's a bit later in the month.)
