The Negaverse's Most Wanted List can be found just about anywhere—there are posters in public areas depicting information and pictures, if available, frequent news reports, and internet pages where the public can submit tips or information about the wanted criminals. While Negaverse Officers receive praise, promotions and special favors in return for apprehending with anyone on the Most Wanted List, civilians are often bribed with the promise of money or favors.
If you are a Senshi or Knight (Or maybe even a cat, civilian, DMC or Rogue Negaverse Agent!) player and you want the Negaverse to be aware of something about your character, please fill out the following form and shoot the mule a PM! This gives the Negaverse permission to be aware of (or to suspect!) your character of being involved in something, however it does not give permission for anyone to do anything to your character without your permission!
(If you have already submitted your character and would like to add to your blurb or give a status update on your character (such as captured, killed, etc!), please also shoot the mule a PM!)

Wanted for: If your character is definitely wanted for something and there is solid proof against them, please include what you would like for the Negaverse to know! The Negaverse isn't going to let you off the hook if you are wanted!

Suspected of: If you want there to be questionable or suspicious activities of your character but leave this sort of vague; the Negaverse is not as awful with those suspected of a crime as they are with those who are most certainly wanted for one, but this isn't going to be a pleasant experience!
Information: If you would like to add any additional information here, such as including people the target is known to associate with, where they are most frequently seen, what their battle skills are, please include these here! This is information that could have been submitted to the Negaverse database and could be shared with anyone to help identify, locate, or engage your character! Posting information here gives other players permission to know this about your character, so anything you say here will be assumed to be public Negaverse knowledge!
Instructions: Do you have someone you want your character to be brought to? Did a specific officer nominate them from the Most Wanted list and place this request for a specific reason?
